- Deep l3ak straight from the design team, possible 5* Quantum Erudition set to be released on a the 2.8 quest in The Blue where we'll encounter the Omen Vanguards.
Stephen was apparently meant to come with the 2.3 Simulated Universe update long ago, but was moved to the end of Penacony to better fit the narrative building up the story arc.
5* Limited Lightcone:
+36% crit damage. Whenever the wearer summons a unit into the battlefield gains Spawn Point, increasing such unit's chance of getting hit by 35% while mitigating 60% of the damage, for 2 turns. If succesfull, the summoned unit ignores 7.5% of the target's def for each summoned unit (up to 3).

This is the first time I heard about his kit. No other leaker have said anything about Lloyd.
He wasnt inserted on the beta files due to some bugs with his FuA acting like enemies, they just kept him on the intern tests. By now tho should be more than fixed I'm guessing he'll join cn files in a couple patches

he's a "premium" 5 star, there's a reason his multipliers are high, I'll explain on another vid

@@OdysseyNaafiri The Artwork there is blatant AI (see; the hands, that messed up ear, the uneven glasses, the weird background item that looks more like a "Rigging" from Azur Lane). The "Splash Art" is fabricated as it does not match hoyo's already released/established splash arts in style, form or quality (Examples of this is they don't shadow their Star Rail Logo, they don't cover the stars at all and the displayed element never has a black box round it). Lastly, on no area of that image is the words "May this journey lead us starward" which is features on all splash arts, even those that have been leaked prior. You have created a fake image for clout, been called out on it and used the "Well I know someone who works there" excuse.
