Man. I wish so bad we could get a new Hicks album or 3. Hed have a never ending supply of material, and in a day and age where we need his voice more than ever. Its a damn shame he died so young.
That being said, im so grateful to have what we have from you mr. Hicks. Thank you.

Anyone worried about "AI" taking over the world, just needs to listen to a Bill Hicks set, and then look at some AI attempts at "comedy"

I was at a hotel party in 1992 I was flipping through the channels and landed on a comedian doing a joke about chimps eating mushrooms contributing that to our evolution. I was floored with the entire set. I remember my friends were not interested and were getting pissed I was not hanging out with them. I never caught the comics name and always wondered about him. Then about 5 years later I caught his face on the cover of a video at blockbuster video. Bill has been my favorite comedian ever since. Thank you for the upload.

It's one of the few things Bill was 100% wrong on, cause that hypothesis comes from a conspiracy theorist who thinks a lot of racist and objectively wrong shit.
And calling it a "hypothesis" is being generous.

As an American here in the US, I am well aware of the mass ignorance, lack of consciousness, and lack of true spirituality in this country. Would love to see more content from overseas like this - thanks again! peace.

I discovered his as a kid. He was inspiring and gave me hope of a better world, without the people who make this world a worse place. He was a misanthropic humanist. This is a great show. He delivered some of his scripts differently here. He was always spontaneous on stage. I wish he was still here. If he was, so would a lot of other great soldiers who fought against oppression and the mediocrity of the system.

    Starry, starry night
Paint your palette blue and gray
Look out on a summer's day
With eyes that know the darkness in my soul
    Shadows on the hills
Sketch the trees and the daffodils
Catch the breeze and the winter chills
In colors on the snowy, linen land
Now, I understand what you tried to say to me
And how you suffered for your sanity
And how you tried to set them free
They would not listen, they did not know how
    Perhaps they'll listen now
    Starry, starry night
    Flaming flowers that brightly blaze
    Swirling clouds in violet haze
Reflect in Billy"s eyes of china blue
    Colors changing hue
    Morning fields of amber grain
    Weathered faces lined in pain
Are soothed beneath the artist's loving hand
Now, I understand, what you tried to say to me
How you suffered for your sanity
How you tried to set them free
They would not listen, they did not know how
    Perhaps they'll listen now
For they could not love you
But still your love was true
And when no hope was left inside
    On that starry, starry night
They took your life like the N.S.A. often do
But I could have told you, Billy
This world was never meant for one
    As beautiful as you
    Starry, starry night
    Portraits hung in empty halls
    Frameless heads on nameless walls
With eyes that watch the world and can't forget
Like the strangers that you've met
The ragged men in ragged clothes
The silver thorn of bloody rose
Lie crushed and broken on the virgin snow
Now, I think I know what you tried to say to me
How you suffered for your sanity
How you tried to set them free
They would not listen, they're not listening still
    Perhaps they never will🥲

Amswers are gonna hurt. If you care at all about the truth that is.

    • @viljaharding1954
      @viljaharding1954 ปีที่แล้ว

The Demoncrats are about as "peaceful" as their shills and staged events.
In 2015 for example the Dylan Roof event when this superb shot killed 9 people of color in Charleton Church. It always amazes me how well this lone gunmen are at killing so many victims with just one barrel, then the reference to Zimbabwe, where farmers were murdered and plundered, all the Zimbabweans fled to South Africa which currently have the same problem, denied by the media and politicians. The aim, propaganda OFC.
      Also Fun Fact:
In 1829 The Demoncratic party defended slavery, started the Civil War, opposed Reconstruction and founded the Klu Klux Klan, imposed segregation, perpetrated lynching, and opposed the Civil Rights Acts of 1950's and 1960's -- Carol Swain
"It only takes 20 years for a Liberal to become a Conservative without changing a single idea " - Robert Anton Willson
I think if Bill was aware of some of the sick Marxists ideologies that are being pushed these days, such as Gender Disphoria upon Godamn Children, again in his words " wouldn't that be saying that God made a mistake? " He was unashamed to admit where his loyalty lay.
My guess would be he would most probably be Alt. RIGHT, with a few justifiable liberal preferences that aren't totally degenerate and quite LOGICAL, a great characteristic he was endowed with.
The second coming is well overdue, and it will be the Return of Logic.

Love him but politics in comedy is as boring as politics itself
