This video is about house plan design of 2 bedroom designed as 4 house unit in a plot size of 40 feet by 60 feet. There are 2 floors. In ground floor, there are 2 house unit with 2 bedroom. In first floor there are 2 unit with another 2 bedroom house.
Each 2 bedroom house plan design is having 2 bedroom, 1 kitchen, 1 living hall, small utility. In between 2 house unit, there is a large common open space to park vehicles. A common staircase is provided to in between 2 house unit to approach first floor.
The main highlight in this house plan design for 2 bedroom is that we cover maximum of built up are in a small land area.
This house plan design for 2 bedroom is suitable for city for rental purpose houses.

There's enough space in that living room for a dining table and make it a living/dining area if distributed properly. Also, there was no fridge in the kitchen. I would eliminate that glass from the wall looking out from the kitchen to the living room and put a fridge there. And lastly rearrange those bathrooms. I would hate for everything to get wet everytime I take a shower. Other than that it's a great and workable space.

A very workable plan. I would add an exhaust hood and fan over the kitchen stoves and roof over the stairway to the roof deck, and I would redesign the bathrooms for American use, and then this would be a good plan for the US.
