@@chernofuta Depending on the which side of the plot the road is, you can have the same 12 apartments (if the road is along the 25m side) or 9 apartments (if the road is along the 30m side)

Planning to build something like this similar for my mother.
An Apartments with 16 units. 4 units per floor.
-Each unit 800sqft-1000sqft
-About 32 car parks(2 for each unit)
-A playground area, with half a basketball court.
Within the compound there will be a main house a 3Storey. The apartment will be at the back or side.
The main house will have a floor area of around 1500sqft-2000sqft per floor.
How big of a land size I need in meters. How many meters by how many meters ?
