- A developing storm will approach the Caribbean, and it will be very close early next week. The new blob coming off the coast of Africa will become a tropical storm and could become a hurricane. In this video, I'm showing the tracks it could take, and when it could move into the Caribbean.

I'm glad folks are looking at possible storms when they leave Africa rather than wait until it's 3 days away. Because if things go south quick you already had time to prepare mentally and mitigation wise.

🙏🏽Thankful for the showers in Barbados. I don't mind the heat, but it was becoming excessive. Great reporting as usual - concise, fact-based, and analytical but also understandable. I am praying that the new system has minimal impacts on us. I will continue to watch it closely.

If that “blob” hits the Caribbean like some models suggest, it could enter the western Caribbean and really gain some strength. Of course, that’s a long way away.
During the height of the hurricane season, I often arrange my day to catch Brian’s video. It’s that important.
Yeah before it heads through the Yucatan Channel and heads through the steam bath of the Gulf toward us or New Orleans.

Outstanding job! Thank you so much for taking care of the people down in the Caribbean. The huge concern that I have is that the eastern Caribbean is a "boiling pot" right now. The temperatures are in the vicinity of 84 and 85 degrees, and with no wind shear, we might see another "Lee" easily. Keep us informed, and I love your reports.
