Those o2 sensor foolers have an adjustment on them that tells the o2 sensors to read a certain way and it fattens the motors up! Cheap easy way to add just a little fuel for a pipe or air cleaner.
It cheap but only good for certain RPMs throttle position (closed vs open loop) As the saying goes time is money and it looks like it took a lot of time to f up all that wiring.
Big G'day from Down Under 🇦🇺 💪 Love ya work bro💪💪💪 HD COULDN'T figure it out but on my 05 Sportster XL1200c but had an issue... Would fire up then... shut down,..🤔🤔🤔 So while running & goes to die ... I quickly flicked then RUN switch OFF & back ON... then run... Again goes to die, flick the switch & would backfire & run... 🤔🤔🤔 Did my head in big time, so I started to pull the tank off & figure it out... Then as I unbolted the horn FOUND the problem ❗❗💪💪💪.... It was the wiring to the horn had rubbed & was creating a earth leak.... But as the bike vibrates... Would every so often make contact & making the bike SHUTDOWN ❗...hope this helps with further issues or concerns 💪 Living The F🤪KING Dream ❗ Safe travels 🙏♥️🐾🐾🇦🇺
Those are Vied or XIED fuel enrichment plugs. They trick the 02 into reading incorrectly, so the bike delivers more fuel. Cheap dudes do them on a stage 1 build to get the extra fuel
I had the same issue on my 18’ sporty main fuse was wiggling loose, usually after a wheelie or it falling over. I used a piece of tape to jam it in tighter 0 problems.
The good thing is that all Sportsters from 1957 - the very last model are 90% rhe exact same bike. Even the Sporty "Evo" is just an updated and upgraded Ironhead (a lot of people dont know that, now you do). I digress. It is easy as shit to just strip the harness, slap a carb on it, and buy or make a new harness with like 1/16th the amount of wires and bullshit.
I just changed my cam chain Tensioners. I have 137 miles on it now. And today on way home I started to here a lot of noise. My outer tensioner shoe was broke in 2 pieces. Chain ran on the rod we’re shoe should be. Need advice/ and maybe why it did it oem parts
Some shoes have to be faced a certain way for the oil feed and some are bidirectional. Also the shoes have internals which not all aftermarket shoes come with. Just sleeved with a spring. Hope this helps, there really is no other reason they would fail immediately, unless your cam plate is clogged. Take the cover off and crank it, see what it’s doing.
Ok mine drops the number 1 cylinder usually after i get gas. And when im riding it sounds and feels like its cuting in n out on bumps. Steady throttle bbbrrrrrrr...rrrrrr...rrrrrr...brrrrrr
Must be hard work putting out all this content! I appreciate it and love watching
Thank you very much, and it definitely is. It’s also expensive. But we’ve got a long game goal here that we are trying to achieve.
This video comes up as im working on the wiring on my own porkster 😂 hell yeah kruesi
I psychically knew that you needed it🤘🏼

Man that sounds like a garbage way to do it. If you could probably download a map for less money than those things cost.

I’ll be the one to say it..We want to see you guys build a sleeper FXR 🙏🤟
I’m going to be the first want to see it also never gonna happen. I hate FXR’s.

Sounds and looks like garbage and a scam. There’s nothing in them to trick anything it’s just wiring with the ground off the side.
Nice new INtro Song!!!!🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thank you, it’s temporary we’re gonna make a new intro. It’s a song from my old band Chaka and the Slee stacks.
Another excellent video Boyz - this channel should blow up soon, hang on tight.
Much appreciated!
I done the same thing with the battery when I did a 1200 kit on my sporty 😂😅
Really surprised you don’t ride a sportster now a days, stunt so much and it’s so light for a Harley when you’re the size you are.
They’re not very good for Stunt Riding. They’re good for like sport bike style handbrake tricks but I don’t really do that stuff.
@@kruesioriginals curious why the sporty isn’t good for stunting
Had the same issue with rpm’s tanking while pulling the throttle on my dyna and it ended up being the engine temp sensor.

😂😂 solid fix🤘🏼🤘🏼
Man you’re so smart Ryan.
Does the 04 Sportster have a bank angle sensor?
Yes it does
What kind of oil was it that you suggested using in 85° F. & higher temperature weather ?
Klotz racing 60w

Hey Ryan, check the ohms on the coil.. I just went through that on my dyna!
I’ll look into that that’s a good idea.
Those harnesses look like fuel enrichment devices.
That's what I was gonna say, maybe some kinda ninja rigged inline enrichment device???
That’s what a lot of people have told me but there’s no resistors it’s just wiring so I don’t think that’s what they are
So I need to replace the 20/50 weight oil that cost me a frgging fortune? South central Texas does get Hot.
If it’s over 85 I would run a heavier oil. A good synthetic oil, Motul, or klots
@KRUESI ORIGINALS not Amsoil? Thanks for the heads up! Also should the heavier oil go in three holes?
That's my bike!!!!!!!
For real? What’s with the o2 sensor?
Did they ever fix it

Maybe there are resistors in the homemade o2 extension wires to fool the computer for A/F reasons.
Those look like DK customs Xieds tuner wire's that plug in between O2 sensors.
..Maybe lol

O2 sensor wiring has a grounded shielding.

Looks like xieds to enriching the fuel
Is that a brass air cleaner cover?!
No, it’s just spent like three years outdoors and Arizona 24 seven
Inline enricheners. They plug between the o2 plugs and fool the computer with a resistor.
I have seen those, but there’s no resistors in these. I think these are just some BS extensions.
Wack ass 02 sensor eliminator would be my guess, atleast an attempt anyway
@Kruesi: don't try and make Tweaker wiring a deep thought.... the O2 sensor likely needed a "new" ground wire and they had a long lead to find a bolt
But I'm riding shotgun on the "WTF were they thinking" party bus
Amen
Like the into tune. Less f bombs, guess you need to give a little to get a little!
I can’t believe you allowed a Sportster in your shop!
I like sportsters probably one of the best quality motorcycles, Harley Davidson ever made, definitely best motor they ever made
Damn. I was sure new song was gonna be slaughter.
😂😂 that would be awesome. I wish we could use Music like that. It would make life a lot easier.
We have to pay to use every single song that is in every single one of our videos
Yall build Matt's first pitbike?
I’ve built everything he’s ever owned😁

I’ll buy it. Give me a good deal on it lol. I’m in Texas hook it up 🤙
