  • running everyday day 957. no days off
    what’s up everyone! just wanted to give you a little update on how I train legs lately. I didn't do this throughout my running journey but have been implementing it more to get ready for the transcontinental run. These are just some of the workouts I do and think are really effective for me and for maintaining strength while running everyday. Let me know your favorite way to train legs and if you try any of these out!

    Hi Hellah, couple questions:
    1) How many times do you incorporate this into your week? And do you run before/after this routine?
    2) I can't tell the difference between the sprinter's step up and the scissor splits, except for the way you're facing the box/side on to it. Can you explain please?

    Hey hellahgood, Could you maybe make a video about “recovery”, or how to recover faster? I think many really want to run every day in 2020, just like you, but are simply not able to due to slow recovery.

    • @dididubalier2196
      @dididubalier2196 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Start running 3 times a week then. You will get endurance and slowly become better at recovery. 3 or 4 months running 3 times per week and you will see big progress!
      You dont need to run everyday. That is not healthy, you are not a professional athlete.

    Question -when you do these exercises, do you do cardio (even though this is cardio) or RUN the same day? If you do it on the same day, do you do it before or after this routine? Also, do you do your cardio right before or right after this leg routine or do you do it at a completely different time of the day? Thank you.
