    Dude, it's really good to seeing the improvement in your training. To see your running go from basic everyday running to now including threshold runs (tempos, farleks, etc) to hill and speed work, and even to showing your strength training shows a huge amount of dedication to the sport. Keep at it, we are rooting for you! 😁

    Curve treadmill and the sled are my fav machine at my gym.

  • @thetrashbrothers8382
    @thetrashbrothers8382 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    My favorite machine is the step up cable machine. There's an adjustable platform and a cable on each side, and a lower platform. Cables help focus on the movement while still adding weight I think. With dumbbells its too front loaded, but this machine distributes the weight more evenly leading to more efficient movement.

    Great job Hellah! Hips are so important when you are running to keep everything else below them in good form. What do you do to workout the most neglected muscle in my body; my hips?

    • @HellahGood
      @HellahGood  4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you Kevin! I notice my neglected muscles are also my hips and groin. I use resistant bands and body weight exercises that target those areas that need work. For example, Adductor squeeze, side lying groin raises, lying internal adduction, seated hip abduction etc...
