Advice is good but keep in mind that it’s going to look different for everyone when it comes to finances. Always do your own in research in stocks and such - don’t get caught up in trends/what your peers are doing and just remember that investing is long-term, so start early :)

My biggest tip for moving here right after grad is, if you can swing it, to search between October-March because prices and inventory for apartments is so insane right now. Just went through the process a 3rd time and this was the most painful yet. :( but can't wait for you to move here and all your new work!!
