I’ve been to TZ last year I inquired about residency and longer term visas. Until they solve the issue with having to leave and come back every 90 days I’m not interested. I went to Ghana 3 months ago, I think it’s better for long term than TZ but nowhere near a perfect situation either. Joint to JoBurg this year. People, do like brother Go Black. Go see the locations for yourself. Go visit as many countries until you find one that fits your needs, short term and long term. I loved TZ, I could live there. They just make it too difficult.

Hi Mark, first of all, a ton of congratulations 🎉 from me !!! On the matter of suggestions, I was thinking it might be a good idea to carve out two rooms with double beds, for Airbnb. I think that would bring in a steady stream of income for daily subsistence and provide a protection around the savings.
I am super super excited and hoping when we come this summer we will be able to take a look at everything and I see your vision Mark and it will come to pass no matter what the haters say what is the most high will it will come to pass and the most high is using you to do this. Many will say this and say that and it's all talk no action. Is there anything like this elsewhere in Africa? And if I may ask, what’s the intended impact of the center on/for the “diasporians”? It’s encouraging to see that Tanzania continues to be the seat of unity in Africa, she sacrificed her own economic growth to ensure the rest of Africa was free from colonialism. I think it’s time for the rest of Africa and the diaspora to support Tanzania in her economic endeavors and become a better place to visit and/or live.

Ball hoops etc. if you are going to have chickens will they need chicken hoops to rest and lay eggs ?otherwise they will wander all over the building not just outside.

How embarrassing . I saw miss Trudy video in Washington with the Africa leader of Ghana it made me think these people really does not like their own people. Simply doesn't care. Look at the state of Ghana way it is and you would think they have had no exposure of what possible for Africa countries by seeing example abroad. They walk around in a such nice roads but comes back to a dusty roads of Africa and not thinking let us make our country just as beautful all by ourselves. Smdh.
We returned as many as we could to their homes and home regions. Many returned to the streets unfortunately and we are unable to help them again. Some were able to resolve the issues with their families but others were unable to change their habits and were left a bit bitter. As long as we helped at least one long term, it was a success but unfortunately many were not ready to change their ways. That is what I was told by a few Tanzanian organizations who deal with the same issue.

Look at the state of Ghana way it is and you would think they have had no exposure of what possible for Africa countries by seeing example abroad.
They walk around in a such nice roads but comes back to a dusty roads of Africa and not thinking let us make our country just as beautful all by ourselves. Smdh.

What happened to the kids you were taking care of?
We returned as many as we could to their homes and home regions. Many returned to the streets unfortunately and we are unable to help them again. Some were able to resolve the issues with their families but others were unable to change their habits and were left a bit bitter. As long as we helped at least one long term, it was a success but unfortunately many were not ready to change their ways. That is what I was told by a few Tanzanian organizations who deal with the same issue.
