Downloaded legally and for free at Westwoods old FTP-server. This is promotion material which really makes me want to buy Command And Conquer the first decade...... again. - บันเทิง
I was a member of the cast. That's me with the glasses 2nd chair on the President's right. This computer game was produced in Las Vegas and sold 10 million copies world wide @ 49.95

Command and conquer Red Alert 2 was my favourite PC game that I played as a little girl. I only got up to level 9.

Lets be honest, if you were the pilot and knew, that if this air strike fails, you are dead or worse, mind controlled by Yuri, you would wanna have some fun before that possible fate happens.

Don't let this game distract you from the fact that Yuri actually won. The Soviet and Allies had to use the time machine, going back to the original war in Red Alert 2 campaign in order to stop Yuri's plans and destroy the Psychic Dominators before they were finished. Without the time machine, Yuri's Revenge lore would be much like Mental Omega, with an almost total Yuri victory.
There will be nothing to play if the plot turn like that you know.
And it will be boring.
Exactly, wich just adds more to the timelines inn command and conquer. Like it's not complicated enough with red alerts time travel shenanigans? 😂
so basically it went from red alert 2 : yuri's revenge, to wolfenstein : the new order.
What's surprising is that fact he couldn't pick up with his psychic abilities the fact they had the science and tech to manipulate time and space. Especially considering they used this tech to invade Moscow.

I was expecting their sizes to be bigger in game lmao when I first saw it I’m like “that’s the gattling cannon???”
Those gattling cannons are total badass. At 2:46, when that last Harrier was about to approach that Psychic Dominator, the Cannon was like, "Oh no you don't".

+ruaan11 in the base game there were three campaign buttons, the allied one, the soviet and the tutorial one, why not replace the tutorial button with one for yuri ? tho in all honesty, i think it was for the better

There is in co-op mode! I never knew Red Alert 2 had co-op because I rarely played multiplayer as a kid, but it's there! All 3 factions in RA2:YR! The core game also has co-op.
There is a Yuri campaign, you just need a friend to play it with.
Even after this game is decades old, Im still amazed in this intros man! Those actors are for me, missing in these current games right now.

The funny thing is, if yuri had not been so confident as to forewarn the president about his plan, the power plant on Alcatraz would not have been damaged and yuri would have won before the game even started.

Eva was about to warn the president anyways, so Yuri just decided to lower morale by explaining it himself.
Even with Eva warned the prez, I doubt that she will knew what the dominator's purpose anyway. Lore-wise, it took countless agents to even acquire any little information about Yuri and his army. But yeah, either it's too early or too late he shouldn't have spoiled his plan directly anyway.

In my childhood I did the exact opposite I massed a ground assault that would under the cover of the airforce pound through Yuri's lines I lost a ton of pilots but none of the ground teams were mind-controlled or mowed down by gatlings
it's like charging with cavalry to a pikeman army.
*It's funny that there were about 20 jetfighters attackin' the Psychic Dominátor, and NONE of them actually launched any missiles on it.*

*Well they have medium range, but a missile has even greater, so technically, they could simply missile down the turrets as well*
but the turrets can just spam bullets in the missiles. still useless

I love this game to no end. Sucks that there wasn't a Yuri faction campaign. Thought that if ya finished both the Allies and Soviet stories, Yuri's story would be unlocked. That's my only pet peeve.

Damn they managed to build a giant mind control building right next one of the biggest tourist attractions in the world the Pyramids of Giza? Never gave him credit as a kid that’s damn impressive with no one catching on
Plot Twist: Even with the nuke power plant damaged the device did in fact activate although delayed, The rest of the game is us being control by Yuri who's imagine an alternate scenario for both factions just for the fun of it, this explains why Yuri has no Campaign because he already won.
Praise youtube for recommending this after all this years RA 2 and YR are still awesome!

I know it's only a game, but how the heck could Yuri install a whole fortress of guns, atomic powerplants and that psy dominator in front of Frisco without notification of the US :-D? Did he build that within a few seconds?
He built it during the events of Red Alert 2 when the Allies are fighting the Soviets.

Not really. The airstrike would have been ordered even without Yuri insulting the President.
The one on Alcatraz would have been attacked because of the threat it posed either way. The other Dominators were to far away for the Allies to hit before they activated.
