Watts Avenue, between Wells Station Road and Russwood Road, is sometimes lined with as many as six stray dogs at once, and mail carriers said they are tired of it.
When I get hime after a 12 hour shift,my dogs need to be let out. While I take the time to notice the mail truck,if I don't see the letter carrier,my dogs are in their front yard When I see the letter carrier, they get herded back inside which confuses them since they don't understand the sudden change in plans.
@GardnerEarthGuy I guess I’m a scumbag too. I’m a mail carrier. Making over $100,000 a year doesn’t seem too bad does it? Truth is without mail delivery you would have a reason to complain.
You can’t trust the post office anymore more well people start paying your bills online it will stop the mail theft and send your birthday cards on email 😊
Where’s animal control? We pay alot of taxes we need city services.
Man you have to be crazy to work in that city
Stray dogs love north Memphis

They got this new thing called a fence and it keeps your dog in your yard. Works on my dogs.

Mail carriers are scumbags....
The city should be trapping these stray dogs. They may or may not be vicious but even so...the mail needs to be delivered. Period.
Pay your bills online. Don't wait for the mail.
