Thanks for the guide! This is my first MtG deck so I will definitely take some of these tips. Though I just checked, and wow some of these cards are expensive! Also I do like Magus as a commander better, but lots of cool stuff here. Garruk's Uprising seems perfect for this deck!
Thanks! Yeah some of the cards are pricey but definitely worth it! I too have since switched the commander to Magus as I found that as hard as I tried and wanted, the Swarmlord just didn't help enough. Now he is in the deck.
I did think about it but after plating the build I have I find I don't get enough of the token creatures consistently enough for Doubling season to be worth it. Although I'm in the process of tweeking it even more so might add it yet lol
@@CompleatCommander it's a really fun commander deck and I'm glad that I chose it over the others. Supposedly it's not quite as powerful as the others out of the box but I felt it had the most room to grow with some pretty basic additions. I also threw a Branching Evolution in there which specifically focuses on the +1/1. Doubling season may end up getting pulled back out of it but I figured I would run it just to see what happens.
@huckleberryrattler4026 I was fortunate to get all of them and having had a chance to play them all, I would say the Tyrannid and Chaos ones are about the same power level but they are definitely the weaker of the two. I always have so much fun playing the Tyrannid deck though!
Great video, would you consider a video like this for the other two warhammer commander decks yo uhaven't covered? You also mentioned this was just made with what you already had, would you think about a follow up video on a dream retrofit with money and accessability not being a factor for all 4 decks?

I added Doubling Season, Unbound Flourishing, and a few other treats to mine to really take advantage of those +1/1 counters
