We had so much fun!! Nowadays our aquafit instructor plays this song during aerobics :) And I must say, we were in much better shape physically back then than nowadays. We were dancing every weekend and going out and were just way more physical than I see young people today.

Her Cousin is Miguel Brown who had the Hit So Many Men, So Little Time and her Daughter is Sinitta who had the Hit Toy Boy in the 1980's. It was produced by Pete Waterman, Matthew Stock & Scott Aitken aka SAW Productions and in the early days of his Career Simon Cowell used to follow Pete around like a Pest wanting Sinitta get a Recording Contract. She was his Girlfriend at the time.

A couple years ago I hear this song three times in one day in three different unconnected places. I hadn't hear this song in like 30 years. It felt like the universe was trying to tell me something. Never did figure it out. 🤣
The first time I heard this song I was 13 years old in 1980, and I was at 30,000-feet in a jetliner that was circling the ash cloud that had just came up from the Mount St. Helens volcano eruption. I was flying from California to Alaska on a non-stop flight that got diverted by NOAA and the FAA to reroute to Washington state and circle the ash cloud to gather data from it. The jetliner I was on was the last one allowed in the air before all flights were cancelled on the west coast of America due to the ash danger to airplanes in flight. Not only were we the last up in the air, but our airplane was the only one in the air with the proper radar equipment installed to record this once in a lifetime eruption (the plane NOAA normally used for this was still on the ground in San Diego, and wouldn't get to the ash cloud in time). So we circled the ash cloud, as close as a mile away from it. The flight captain kept the intercomm open to let everyone know what was going on every minute of the flight, and actually had to ask all passengers for permission to do it, since it was potentially dangerous, so they could get their radar data and photos for NOAA. We went around it three times before resuming our course to Alaska. There was a kid on the flight who was my age, and we were both flying alone (both age 13), so a flight attendant had us sit together. He had his tape player and popped in a Lipps Inc. tape cassette and said, "You're gonna like this!" and hit the "play" button. It was a great flight. :)

The first time I heard this song I was 13 years old in 1980, and I was at 30,000-feet in a jetliner that was circling the ash cloud that had just came up from the Mount St. Helens volcano eruption. I was flying from California to Alaska on a non-stop flight that got diverted by NOAA and the FAA to reroute to Washington state and circle the ash cloud to gather data from it. The jetliner I was on was the last one allowed in the air before all flights were cancelled on the west coast of America due to the ash danger to airplanes in flight. Not only were we the last up in the air, but our airplane was the only one in the air with the proper radar equipment installed to record this once in a lifetime eruption (the plane NOAA normally used for this was still on the ground in San Diego, and wouldn't get to the ash cloud in time). So we circled the ash cloud, as close as a mile away from it.
The flight captain kept the intercomm open to let everyone know what was going on every minute of the flight, and actually had to ask all passengers for permission to do it, since it was potentially dangerous, so they could get their radar data and photos for NOAA.
We went around it three times before resuming our course to Alaska.
There was a kid on the flight who was my age, and we were both flying alone (both age 13), so a flight attendant had us sit together. He had his tape player and popped in a Lipps Inc. tape cassette and said, "You're gonna like this!" and hit the "play" button. It was a great flight. :)
