Enjoying the video's from you and Beardstone, and personally I prefer this style more. The reason is because when you're talking through things you can explain how some things work easier, and for those that are trying to learn more about the create mod, I think it's a better style than constant montages that don't really show a lot of how things work fully.
@@aydingreen3536Montages and Replay is fine for general building or terraforming. As long as its not also including all the create stuff and how things are set up.
I like the montages with shaders when you finish a section, and I much prefer the editing style of this video to the last one. The last one felt like being slapped.
Personally I prefer this style rather than the last video. It's just nice to have things a little more focused and getting to follow your thought process more closely
Crushing wheels can lay flat, which means you can use conveyors to send a stack in to them at a time. chutes are very slow at moving items down, so they are your bottleneck in the gravel factory.
I enjoy the calmer talking through. But your jump-cuts to the beats of the music have become phenomenal! Loved the last episode's music cuts. (Lots of hard work I'm sure, but very captivating.
Loving these videos Foxy. Also listening to the podcast and wanted to drop a quick line. I come for your content for you so more talking is always appreciated (Especially the voices :D)
Any seemingly infinite storage can be jammed full of stuff by any foxy machine. He will just build nearby and wonder how his farms don't work anymore. I call this overefficiency.
I have to say, this video is a real gem! The way you've weaved the Replay Mod into your Minecraft adventure is both impressive and entertaining. And the music choice? It couldn't have been more perfect, it set the mood just right. I genuinely enjoyed every moment of it and can't wait to see more of your content. Keep up the fantastic work!
You should name the baboon Jack. Jack was a baboon who worked on a South African railway in the late 1890s. He was an official employee, paid 20 cents a day plus half a bottle of beer. He was bought by his owner a double amputee who used Jack to help him do his job on the railroad after losing his legs. Jack helped push his wheelchair and eventually learned enough of the job to do it himself. He became famous after a complaint about a baboon seen switching the trains. The railroad investigated the complaint and obviously found it true. They tested Jack on his ability to do his job and hired him. An interesting story to mention maybe in the next video.
the slower talking style vid is def my preference. the high paced talking makes me feel like i haven't had enough coffee yet lol am loving this series, thanx for the awesome vid Foxy! was slightly surprised you didn't have a stack of monkeys in the ticket office lol
Got to be honest but I would watch any style of video you do - I found you because of this series and I’ve loved every video since - instant subscriber! You are funny, informative and your play style gives me joy . Thank you for making content
Loving the series and both styles but if I had to choose one, It would be this style! And just a suggestion but instead of using stairs for the factory you could use an Elevator Pulley.
Teraforming tip: fill a layer with source blocks and then pour lava over it to make stone. This will fill the inside of the mountains for free instead of using torches or tons of dirt.
11:00 I think he keeps forgetting he has trains, rollers and drills. Also I believe someone did make a replay mod fork for forge, not sure what version they are up to though
I’d like to say I really love your vids and I think the current style is great, also I want to point out that mechanical drills mine stone faster than cobblestone so it should be fine
This format was much easier to follow than the Previous episode. Personally I prefer the slower videos so I can follow them better. I hope you choose to stick with that
You can actually get 10 emcased fans washing a single item, the trick is tobuse a depot, since an item on a depot is technically in 2 blocks. Then just add one on top and below to get 10. You'll need a mechanical arm to get the item out.
Foxy, Beardie, Branzy or even Sueve. Makes no Nevermind to me. I watch you all, I appreciate you all. Yes, you & Beardie may have similar Styles…. But that’s simply because you’re both hyper creative and intelligent individuals. You both bring Different play styles to the game and enjoy what you do. That’s what truly counts.
Hey Foxy, Prefer this style with talking and some time-lapses. Would love to see a colab build series with you and Mr Beardstone where you can go head to head with time limits to build something random with potentially rules like block palettes etc. You could get the audience to suggest build ideas and to vote winner. you two have great chemistry and banter so could be fun!
NGL was really hoping during that first teaser of Beardstone you guys were in the same world just far away from each other and we’re going to be interconnected with trains and such
Awesome video! So I'm not done with it yet, so fun, but I did want to comment on your question. So I like more focused episodes with you talking and doing stuff and then, for the bigger things, sped up footages and montages. That said both types are fun and enjoyable.
Honestly, Foxy, I'd love to see Villagers bouncing around at least one of your train stops. Theyre doofuses, but they would definently give some non-hostile life to the places. You might have fun disguising Villager workbenches as other stuff, building wise, too. I also noticed how you said "this isnt real" - Minecraft is pretend the game, my dude, I enjoy that you think about this stuff! You got this man, I'm working through your playlist of this world now and I'm having a whole ball.
I prefer this style of video but I don’t mind every now and then if your crunched on time to throw in a fast pace one if you need to. Love yours and Mr beards videos the get me through my long work days.
Love the video, but these mods are the ones I have to rely on "the trowel mod(single item mod) and building gadgets" would help with terrain area building.
At around 16min, you might want to change the turning circle - at the moment, if your train gets longer, it moves into itself while turning from one track to the other
Great vid, and i think that the style of this video (explaining what youre doing, as i prefer a more casual kind of style) but it is up to you to decide
7:35 to answer your question, I wouldn't mind a combination of fast-paced Montages and Talk-throughs. My reasoning is there's some stuff that can be skipped (like building and off-camera tedium), and other more engaging bits to talk about and explain (like Create Tips and Build Planning). My Constructive Criticism would be to keep only a couple (1 to 3) bits of Fast-paced sections to keep the Video reasonably lengthened, while keeping most of the content and silliness (MONKE) as talk-through Content to keep the viewers engaged and more likely to Subscribe (plus let's face it, your voice is nice to hear anyway). Hope this helps! 😊 Edit: 10:54 Might I advise sir, this is a perfect compromise to make Building Engaging (although if it's a lot of work I understand if you don't want to do it again)
There's a time and a place for either kind of video. But whilst timelapses are great to skip over tedious or boring sequences of, for example, someone placing thousands of dirtblocks, I prefer commentary for just about _anything_ else - hell, if it is a particular _long_ timelapse, comment over _that_ as well. That's because I want to _hear_ your thoughtprocess, your design choices and why this particular bit has to go over that specific bob. If I wanted to only see the endresults, I could just go to google's image search and call it a day. This video right here is very well rounded - you timelapse'd over the rather same-y "Let's terraform a few chests of dirt, yay -.-" parts and then continued on to talk over your thoughts for your factory, which, watching it get build, was _way_ more interesting. Just my 2 cents.
Fun fact, the fastest cobble generator in the game is made without any drills at all lol if you put a mechanical piston in with a big ol slab of blocks stuck to it you can have the cobble generate where the blocks are as it pushes, when it stops it’ll break all cobble instantly and repeat, very very fast lol use pumps underneath for the lava and the water on top makes the cobble and washes all the cobble into storage
I'll be honest. Create mod is slowly becoming my favorite mod, even tho I haven't played with it yet, but I hate the chain drive. Not in function, but in looks. I wish it wasn't a full block, but with a half slab you can put on the wall or floor. I just don't like using it because just how big it is, and It's hard to make it look good.
I’m absolutely loving this series, any style of video you’re doing (last week vs this week) are both entertaining and enjoyable! Particularly enjoyed the crossover moment! Thought that was genius. I hope you get heaps of followers from this series!! I’ve already watched your series like 3 times 😅😂
I like both styles, probably prefer this one, but I get why some would prefer the other. I'd say whichever is less intensive to edit for you, this must take ages as it is xD
I much prefer this type of video; if its fast paced like the last video, I find you miss whats going on. I like all the little bits where you go on a rant and explain things. A montage every now and again, is far better than the whole video being one. #greatvids Btw, any chance you could put song credits on your vids. There's a couple youve used recently, that are awesome. 😉
Unfortunately the answer is a bit of both. Maybe a montage of 'last time on' and some of the mid episode bits you don't feel are worth a whole segment. And then another for big projects you want to talk over/play music over. But you are doing great already. So this is really splitting hairs on personalizing a video.
I don't know if it helps speeding up things, but chutes do take only 16 items at a time if I remember correctly. Maybe a brass funnel could speed things up? I don't remember how the backlog works on crushing wheels so it might just be unnecessary.
Hello Fellow Humans, @Foxynotail great videos. I like this format as I eventually want to do what you are doing. So being able to visually see what everything is doing is great. Personally I would have added basements to make the main floor look cleaner. But you like seeing everything which is fine. I am also glad you added a second side to the first machine. It just made sense to have drills on both sides making stone. Keep it up. I love watching these videos.
Maybe for your next standard (Normal track) train, for the engine you cold make a tank engine, wich is a steam engine that has no tender, insted, it has a bunker to store all the coal, and tanks to store all the water.
Enjoying the video's from you and Beardstone, and personally I prefer this style more. But the beardy montages

Awesome, thank you!
Both methods are great! Don't overstress yourself with either type, and switching might be a nice way to shake it up
overstress??? like from create? /s
I agree!!
bad opinion
I think you should put a frame around the leaf collector at the tree farm. It looks odd having something that tall with no supports
Hey Foxy! Great stuff. Add song credits to your vids, the one at the 11:00 mark is sickk!
Foxy you're doing a amazing job. I can't get enough of this series
A good ratio between the 2 styles is much appreciated

really enjoy this style more! really feels good just chilling in the chair watching this "slower" gameplay rather then the fast one
the slower talking style vid is def my preference. the high paced talking makes me feel like i haven't had enough coffee yet lol

I like your videos in this style more. It is a lot more calmer, and I can understand better the process and/or what happens. :D
I usually just listen and watch a little bit, but the commentary is the main thing.
11:00 I think he keeps forgetting he has trains, rollers and drills. Also I believe someone did make a replay mod fork for forge, not sure what version they are up to though
For the washing, you can also have fans at the conveyer level, for a total of 8
a calming foxy is quite soothing.. especially when its almost pass midnight and I need something to watch that are not that intense and fast pace
I’d like to say I really love your vids and I think the current style is great, also I want to point out that mechanical drills mine stone faster than cobblestone so it should be fine

I gotta say I like the montages themselves cause you edit them so well but either style is fine with me. Love your content!
10:54-12:54 One of best thing i ever seen 👌good job my guy👍
NGL was really hoping during that first teaser of Beardstone you guys were in the same world just far away from each other and we’re going to be interconnected with trains and such

I prefer this style of video but I don’t mind every now and then if your crunched on time to throw in a fast pace one if you need to. Love yours and Mr beards videos the get me through my long work days.
Okay that is one very efficient cobble factory.
Took a week but I am finally caught up on this great series. Awesome work.
I like this video style of you talking as you go through it
I like a mix of both I like when you talk things out but I also like the montages a nice balance of both would be nice.
I like a mix of the video styles
i discovered you're channel today and i'm already subscribed!!!!
I for one LOVE the montages! You go such a good job making them and they are a lot of fun to watch. I always laugh at the slow-mo choices lol
Great style on this vid.
Love the video, but these mods are the ones I have to rely on "the trowel mod(single item mod) and building gadgets" would help with terrain area building.
This style is quite better :)
I don't watch foxy for his minecraft builds, or game play. I watch foxy for his humor! Do you?
At around 16min, you might want to change the turning circle - at the moment, if your train gets longer, it moves into itself while turning from one track to the other
It's only temporary while I'm working on the area
I prefer this style of video.
LOVE your video's and LOVE your commenting and narration even more. Just makes my day with a laugh .. Thank You !!
I like this kind of episode more
just came back from school and this is a great little treat. builds are as good as always foxy! keep it up i love this series

He always has some good synth music 😊
Great taste in music
Coming over from Beardstone, and want to binge watch the series, however the videos in the playlist are backwards lol
I like this type of video more!

I hope you get heaps of followers from this series!! I’ve already watched your series like 3 times 😅😂
this style and yes the rich soil last forever
15:14 When you said one piece, it immediately reminded me of anime One piece ☠️🪙🛟
fun fact: back in 1881 the South African Railway hired a Baboon to work as a signalman and his name was jack
I kinda like watching you do everything over than the Montages.. also where are you from? I love your accent dude XD
the manic intro is back, baby!
I think montages are good but I like this style a bit better
"Oh jeez" -FoxyNoTail
i love your videos keep going ☻
Glad you like them!
I like both styles, probably prefer this one, but I get why some would prefer the other. I'd say whichever is less intensive to edit for you, this must take ages as it is xD
For the hotel, put a gorilla in the reception area
Foxy these videos are fantastic! You can tell the amount of work you put into each one, keep it up!
ill take a 50/50 mix of both for example when ur doing a massive build timelapse some of it then talk us thru what ur doing
you can use a saw to craft andesite alloy into shafts at a much better quantity (I believe it’s a 50% increase)
you and mr breadstone should do a co-op series
Heya Foxy! You're forgetting limestone! (unless you're not planning on using it.)
I much prefer this type of video; if its fast paced like the last video, I find you miss whats going on. I like all the little bits where you go on a rant and explain things. A montage every now and again, is far better than the whole video being one. #greatvids

you forgot limestone... maybe that fits into the scoria building as well...
Really enjoying watching these videos and loving the monkey workers :)
Poor foxy with arrow in his head😢 Btw keep up the work❤
Hey Foxy, what mod do u use to pick up animals? Awesome video:)
That Framed Block elevator needs some color other than the framed block
Unfortunately the answer is a bit of both. Maybe a montage of 'last time on' and some of the mid episode bits you don't feel are worth a whole segment. Nice video keep going ❤🎉
I like your videos in general there entertaining interesting and funny. :D
you dont have a train its just a locomotive with a tender that's normal-sized anyway 15:49
I prefer thiss style more than fast montages
When it comes to modded building it feels as if you’re built different.
Hello Fellow Humans,
@Foxynotail great videos. I like this format as I eventually want to do what you are doing. So being able to visually see what everything is doing is great.

Ilike the longer vids
I prefer this style better! Feels more personable somehow 😂
Maybe for your next standard (Normal track) train, for the engine you cold make a tank engine, wich is a steam engine that has no tender, insted, it has a bunker to store all the coal, and tanks to store all the water.
Love the monkeys ❤
Replay mod is just the best❤
You are doing hard work but What you can do Is maybe do like 1 hour episodes then you do not cram stuff in and it is not fast pace
in fact, drills need longer to break cobble than stone
I like this slower style better but I’ll watch the other kind no worries.
