I felt so excited for barb up until I finished getting one leveled. It felt like playing a victim, you had to stay on the boss in a bullet hell to do damage and just took so much extra damage yourself.
Barbarian definitely requires a bit of a safe play style in dangerous situations that other classes do not have to worry about. I have a review video coming up discussing the balance issues and the crazy survivability that some range classes have. I am sure there is going to be a lot of those "I am fine, my hp isn't low, I can stay in melee." then BOOM a nearly 100% HP hit that wipes out your Barb. As a Hardcore player it's scary but it won't stop me from playing Barb :)
Why are your damage numbers sometime goijg back and forth in the skill screen? Is that some epic effect that stacks bonuses or something? 29:10 for example.
Apparently we can select 2 different basic skill in the skill tree right? But basic skill is used on the left click of the mouse, so your second basic skill can be used on the right clic of the mouse?
So funny that you said whirlwind is one of your favorite abilities in ARPG's - It's my most HATED ability. I've always found it to be the corniest ability in any game lol
I like Barb as a class but things like bleeding wood and ghosts ..thorns affecting ranged units , creating tornadoes and magical barriers ...all that is stupid imo and put me off playing this class .

Yup! They don’t even have to be on the mouse clicks. You can place them on the number keys if you prefer.
@@OathboundGaming Good, so you can have crazy builds like barb playing only with all his 4 basic skill maxed.
@@Maitatron While I wouldn’t recommend it, you certainly can. You will find that having at least one ability to dump rage is very important.

Both of those require Aspects that you have to get from legendary items.
