+LongLiveMetal It kinda flew under the radar as far as LoG albums go, I think. Sturm und Drang came out only like 2 years later and was much heavier, I think
I still, to this day, get chills up my spine every time i hear those Virginian waters lapping the beach and the most apocalyptic sounding song being played OM NOM NOM NOM!!!!
1.Reclamation 2.Broken Hands 3Contractor 4.Evil Seeds 5.Set To Fail The Scream in contractor when he says "They All Die" Is the BEST metal scream I've ever heard
I love the song Grace off this album. It's so good. The speed in the main riff is ridiculous if you've ever tried to play it, really makes you appreciate how talented my boys are!
Since this album came out I have never once taken it out of my workout playlist . This is one of my favorite albums ever. And it definitely pumps me up when I'm working out . Fucking awesome album!!!!
"Only after the last tree is cut and the last river poisoned, only after the last fish is caught, will you find that money cannot be EATENNNN!!!" Reclamation the best song on Wrath.
In your words Grace Dead Seeds Love the heavy riffs, and I myself am a drummer so these IMO have the sweetest beats/breakdowns/drops. Two thumbs and a pair of devil horns up! Long live metal!
at first i was disapointed with the album but it completely grew on me and its all i listen to now, and seeing them live twice on 09 tour has def helped
Wrath is truly amazing, and really added some new things into lamb of god, and what really amazes me, is that they accually managed to put in stuff like acustic guitars, clean guitars, and randy doing a lot more of "heat and fire" then on the previous records, and still, it turned out as, at least i belive, comparing songs and the total sound, the most heavy record they've made under the name Lamb of god. But my ALL time favourite, as a guitarist, is really Ashes of The wake:) Brilliant! Love!
Wrath is fucking amazing. I got to see them last night in Hollywood. They fucking killed! and i got to meet them after the show. They are some of the nicest fuckers. it was such an honor to be able to meet one of the greatest bands of all time.
No way dude, their albums just get better as they progress. Wrath is their best album! I can't wait for the next one! Especially Randy's vocals on Wrath. Fuckin' insane!
When i first bought the album (the day it came out) i knew right then it was a great album. But after i saw them live and really started to listen the whole album i realized just how amazing the CD is. Top to bottom there isnt one bad song, its just so incredible. They all sound awesome. Lamb of God is an amazing band, and I recommend that people should BUY this album support the band and see them live, also. My favorites: 1. In Your Words 2. Reclamation 3. Contractor \m/ \m/
My favorite song of this album is Grace. But my favorite Lamb of God song is, and probably will always be "11th Hour". As Palaces Burn is still my favorite album from them so far.
i think they are one of the most talented bands out there. Randy has the most unique voice in metal, chris is a beast, and the guitarists are extremely under rated
as every LoG album! :) exept Ashes of the wake, for me, that was just the best album ever recorded in the history of music the first second i heard it! Listened to log EVERY single day since then, its been 5 years now:) and ofcourse bought all albums, dvd's, and got me a LoG tattoo;)
The opening instrumental is amazing, anybody from any genre of music has to admit it. It'd be amazing in a movie, when some explorers finally reach some castle or something xD
I just love those first two lines in Everything To Nothing, the tempo to those lyrics is just awesome in my opinion. Pictureframedobituaryfadedintheattic!
This album is GREAT!!!! I used to think that Sacrament was their best along with Ashes of the Wake, but man, this is wayyy more sick. My favorite song of all time has got to be Contractor. I just love it, it gets me so pumped. And, it has the most insane scream in it I've ever heard. Go buy this album, you'll love it!
goin to see them live is my way of support ...i do buy lambs albums tho .... if i respect and enjoy a band enough i buy there cd's ...april 16th will be my 4th time seeing l-o-g live
@Fluffypopcicle In your words (with the passing) is like your hella sad at first then you get pissed off and mad but then you calm down and are hella peaceful.
You have to be fucking kidding me! This album is on the same level as their others. I dare say this is one of their best. Everysong on it is like a fucking punch to the throat.
Grace - Master of Puppets; Dead seeds - You've Gotta Belong To It; Contractor sounds like Slayer and also there are so many Meshuggah-esque songs here and there.
@demonns8 Roadrunner does interviews for it's news called Blabbermouth, which is why you'll see a lot of band interviews with the roadrunner logo come up before it.
This is a great album. I have it on CD. I want the vinyl record of the album too. This is their best effort since Ashes. Ashes was a very powerful album too. This is my new fav LOG album. Another album from LOG that makes you wanna get up and punch someone in the face.
Mark my word!!...This album would be Grammy Nominated next year and would prob win it. It will be their biggest selling album by a longshot!!... Two be on top of the game for 5 albums in a row!!...Lamb of God just proved their they are the gods of modern metal scene!!
The album arrived yesterday, and I am not going home untill friday...Damn it. I don't want to hear for the first time on the internet. Must.....Wait....Till....Friday....
I have to say that this album is so far my favourite album by lamb of god! their other albums are awesome too but this one is unique!! it definitely ties with, if not beats, ashes of the wake! some of my fav songs from this one are "In your words", "Grace", "The Passing" and "Broken Hands"
Where tf can i get the Deluxe version of Wrath on physical copy cd. cause i NEED Condemn the Hive n Shoulder of the god!!! Wish u guys jus included them on the record
The whole album is great, but two of my personal favorites will be Fake Messiah (thanks to the awesome progression and instrumentation near the end), and Reclamation. Reclamation is probably the best LoG song, it's a bit progressive, nice and long, and is the ultimate showcase of Randy's insane vocal range. They really need to write more songs like Reclamation.
you mister are fucking right!' i hope we go back to the glory days where there are a thousand metal bands playing major gigs instead of letting the concert halls being flooded my crappy pop and rap music!
Lamb of God have improved alot after each album, even though, they have changed their style a bit between Burn the Priest and and Wrath. But still, I love all of their albums and I think they'll keep on getting better!
...I also got someone else to buy the producer version of Sacrament, and I almost had another person buy the producer versions of Sacrament and Wrath until our relationship had a falling out. Furthermore, adding bonus songs to different disc versions only increases the need to infringe copywrite. Even after buying the super deluxe whatever Wrath, I still was missing Condemn The Hive, so I downloaded it. Hearing the album before I had the ability to buy it only made me more excited about it.
about your description...bands make the vast majority of their money from touring and merchendise...its the record companies that make their money off CD sales..but bands need a record company behind them and record companies need money for tour buses,to set up gigs,to help out bands with gear and for loans for their bands to record CDs.
I got the deluxe album the day it came out and just finished mixing Shoulder of Your God and We Die Alone and they along with the rest of the album are fucking crazy. LOG out did themselves for this album
Reclamation is my all time favorite Lamb of God song too bad it's so underrated
+LongLiveMetal It kinda flew under the radar as far as LoG albums go, I think. Sturm und Drang came out only like 2 years later and was much heavier, I think
You mean Resolution?
+LongLiveMetal Same
So so happy I decided to listen to this band.
I still, to this day, get chills up my spine every time i hear those Virginian waters lapping the beach and the most apocalyptic sounding song being played
OM NOM NOM NOM!!!!
1.Reclamation
2.Broken Hands
3Contractor
4.Evil Seeds
5.Set To Fail
The Scream in contractor when he says "They All Die" Is the BEST metal scream I've ever heard
I love the song Grace off this album. It's so good. The speed in the main riff is ridiculous if you've ever tried to play it, really makes you appreciate how talented my boys are!
This album is the reason I bought land in Mathews County. Only a 10 min drive from where they recorded
Great to have them back !!!! Montreal April 17th 09 to have a great show
Since this album came out I have never once taken it out of my workout playlist . This is one of my favorite albums ever. And it definitely pumps me up when I'm working out . Fucking awesome album!!!!
Same!
i love lamb of god and at first i didnt care for this cd but its grown on me and now i love it...great work lamb of god...keep it up!!!!!!!!!
Yes indeed YES!
Each song just grows the more you listen to it. AMAZING ALBUM!
i LOVE when bands do track by tracks.... utterly inspiring for me.
That broken hands riff is so fucking heavy.
It is so fucking fun to play too.
Fuk yea this album is definitely still hitting the spot.
"Only after the last tree is cut and the last river poisoned, only after the last fish is caught, will you find that money cannot be EATENNNN!!!" Reclamation the best song on Wrath.
I was in a car wreck listening to WRATH. All I could think about was getting that cd out instead of checking on my damn NECK......TRUE STORY.
The passing is such a beautiful track. I listened to it for the first itme
In your words
Grace
Dead Seeds
Love the heavy riffs, and I myself am a drummer so these IMO have the sweetest beats/breakdowns/drops.
Two thumbs and a pair of devil horns up! Long live metal!
wow, this album is a big statement musically, really diverse, its amazing
I bought this CD the day it came out.
L.O.G. is my fav band, and I support them!!!
This is one of the few albums I've bought. Worth every penny!
at first i was disapointed with the album but it completely grew on me and its all i listen to now, and seeing them live twice on 09 tour has def helped
I salute you for not downloading. Lamb of God would be proud.
Love!
Reclamation is probably my favourite LOG song and is the best song on Wrath.
Completely agree! Hearing it live was even better!
My favorites
The whole album!!!!!!!!!
whatever genre
this band is the musician masterpiece
My favorites
ALL EVERY SONG ON THIS ALBUM EFFIN ROCKS
Wrath is fucking amazing. I got to see them last night in Hollywood. They fucking killed! and i got to meet them after the show. They are some of the nicest fuckers. it was such an honor to be able to meet one of the greatest bands of all time.
Love the drumming on Dead Seeds.

No one has mentioned Choke Sermon, fucking awesome song, and this album is awesome.
the guitar tone on this album... is AMAZING !!!
No way dude, their albums just get better as they progress. Wrath is their best album! I can't wait for the next one!
Especially Randy's vocals on Wrath. Fuckin' insane!
When i first bought the album (the day it came out) i knew right then it was a great album. i think they are one of the most talented bands out there. Randy has the most unique voice in metal, chris is a beast, and the guitarists are extremely under rated
In your words and Contractor are my favorite songs on the album.
Reclamation is the most fucking epic song on the album, hands down! LOG, you really outdid yourselves this time!
as every LoG album! :) exept Ashes of the wake, for me, that was just the best album ever recorded in the history of music the first second i heard it! Listened to log EVERY single day since then, its been 5 years now:) and ofcourse bought all albums, dvd's, and got me a LoG tattoo;)
this is like Sacrament sound with the epicness of Ashes of the Wake, and I fucking love it
i find it funny how randy sound so normal in the interview but they also show his insane vocals during the songs!
I got my deluxe edition thanks to my girl! She rocks my world!
I really enjoy Randy's vocals on this album.
LoG fuckin' rocks! Cheers to everyone who supports this awesome band!
Mark is my favourite human being.
The opening instrumental is amazing, anybody from any genre of music has to admit it. It'd be amazing in a movie, when some explorers finally reach some castle or something xD
reclamation is my favorite along with choke sermon and condemn the hive...fucking awesome songs
bought deluxe edition, arrives tomorrow omg Im so EXCITED!!!!
I just love those first two lines in Everything To Nothing, the tempo to those lyrics is just awesome in my opinion. Pictureframedobituaryfadedintheattic!
my favorites are set to fail , in your words and broken hands

In your words
Broken Hands
Everything to nothing
Are my top 3 songs on the new record.
@Fluffypopcicle In your words (with the passing) is like your hella sad at first then you get pissed off and mad but then you calm down and are hella peaceful.
You have to be fucking kidding me! This album is on the same level as their others. I dare say this is one of their best. Everysong on it is like a fucking punch to the throat.
the main riff to "in your words" sounds very influenced by "blackened" by metallica
Grace - Master of Puppets; Dead seeds - You've Gotta Belong To It; Contractor sounds like Slayer and also there are so many Meshuggah-esque songs here and there.
Grace sounds nothing like Master of Puppets wtf are you on?
Yeah, I was going to say the same thing. Randy does kind of look like Geddy Lee. Go Lamb of God!
@demonns8 Roadrunner does interviews for it's news called Blabbermouth, which is why you'll see a lot of band interviews with the roadrunner logo come up before it.
I really, really like Randy in this interview. I'd only seen him in some band DVDs, very briefly, but he's a funny dude.
This is a great album. I have it on CD. I want the vinyl record of the album too. This is their best effort since Ashes. Ashes was a very powerful album too. This is my new fav LOG album. Another album from LOG that makes you wanna get up and punch someone in the face.

Me 2. and agreed. saw them live at God Forbid
Where tf can i get the Deluxe version of Wrath on physical copy cd. cause i NEED Condemn the Hive n Shoulder of the god!!! Wish u guys jus included them on the record
Contractor's end is the shit "It's FUCKIN' MURDERRRRRRR!"
Just got my album in the post. It's brilliant!
I personally like,
in your words, set to fail, contractor, grace, dead seeds and choke sermon
I know. I pre-ordered mine from Amazon and it was sent out immediately. Really wish I could find my iPod USB cable!
You could hear me coughing because I was holding an umbrella??!!!? lmfao
and now hes sober, well kinda, so now he's almost always chill
you mister are fucking right!'
i hope we go back to the glory days where there are a thousand metal bands playing major gigs instead of letting the concert halls being flooded my crappy pop and rap music!
Lamb of God have improved alot after each album, even though, they have changed their style a bit between Burn the Priest and and Wrath. But still, I love all of their albums and I think they'll keep on getting better!
got the album...it kicks ASS! get it now!
LoG outdid themselves on this one..fuckin' crazy!
Can't believe I'm missing out on their tour this year :(
yeah, I thought I heard voices on Reclamation at the beginning, and you can actually here Randy cough like he said, its pretty cool.
one of the few bands that can only get genuinely better with each album. Wrath is by far their best, in my opinion.
...I also got someone else to buy the producer version of Sacrament, and I almost had another person buy the producer versions of Sacrament and Wrath until our relationship had a falling out.
Furthermore, adding bonus songs to different disc versions only increases the need to infringe copywrite. Even after buying the super deluxe whatever Wrath, I still was missing Condemn The Hive, so I downloaded it. Hearing the album before I had the ability to buy it only made me more excited about it.
lamb of god is the best american heavy metal. Thank you very much
1. Reclamation
2. Contractor
3. In Your Words
4. Set to Fail
5. The Passing
thats my top 5 from wrath
about your description...bands make the vast majority of their money from touring and merchendise...its the record companies that make their money off CD sales..but bands need a record company behind them and record companies need money for tour buses,to set up gigs,to help out bands with gear and for loans for their bands to record CDs.
One does not and cannot just jump into "In Your Words" without first playing "The Passing".
Holy shit, that was a good speech!
I completely agree with you.
Goddamn i live 15 min from mathews county if i knew they were there i would have came out!
i gotta say, this is their best album so far.
love LOG!!!!!
ME 2 IM GOING, CANT FUCKIN WAIT!!!!!!!
Can anyone tell me what they did and used for mixing the studio experience tracks? Thanks.
i bought the deluxe edition \m/ i love that separate audio tracks thing
I got the deluxe album the day it came out and just finished mixing Shoulder of Your God and We Die Alone and they along with the rest of the album are fucking crazy. LOG out did themselves for this album
1. Grace
2. Choke sermon
3. The Passing/In Your Words
