They add on top of eachother you need to get all the books for all the book runes

hello friend..I have collected everything and it is complete and after depositing I didn't get the runes, what is the cause?
You need to do icy veins too, a total of 20 books turned in
I already have icy veins ,do i need to collect them again?
Use the weakaura to see but you’re probably missing like 2 books or something, you need a total of 20 books for spellpower
my Weakaura is telling me im missing book inside of Ironforge?? as horde?? this feels kinda troll xd
Don’t get those 3 they are alliance exclusives, I even tried that

As someone who never played classic...how do you get to the badlands?
South through wetlands and loch modan, I’d recommend paying for a summon

fyi if u dont do icey vien, u have to complete that first. So if you get books from phase 2 and dont have icy vien they will go towards icy vein and then you will have to get books from phase 1 for power spell
