B2R Farms Trains 240 Farmers in One Month

In the last month, the B2R Farms team has trained a total of 240 local farmers, government agents, and military officials in conservation agriculture methodologies. After completing the two-day training, farmers returned to their local districts to set up their own plots using the Pfumvudza model. More importantly, they are beginning to train others in their local communities on conservation agriculture principles, which are being widely accepted. We look forward to continuing our partnership with the Rwanda Agriculture Board (RAB) and government leaders to continue introducing conservation agriculture in Rwanda this year!
