Love your quirkiness ❤️ One correction about the Maternity Leave and Pay. Yes we are allowed to have 1 year of Maternity Leave BUT not the whole year is paid. Only 2 months is fully paid, 3rd & 4th month is about 80% of your salary, 5th & 6th month is around 60%. From 7th to 9th month is only the government's Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP) which is £151/week. Then from 10th to 12th month NO PAY. 😅 Still better than 3 months 😅

Hello, I would like to ask a question please, are NHS nurses allowed to take permanent night shifts or rotation will always be mandatory?because as far as I understand night shifts are less desirable by many nurses so it shouldn’t not a problem in theory but I don’t know about the policy in NHS in general or in the different trusts Thank you
Hello po. It depends on your ward or the number of staffing during the day and night. But in our ward you could request to be permanent night especially if you have a child. They would understand it 😊
For me, nursing is difficult. It will test your mind, patience, energy etc. pero as long as determinado ka to finish your goal, you can pass it. Just believe in yourself, aim big and soar high. 😊
Hello po. Ano po process para maging UKRN? Since day one po dream ko na talaga. And now that I am a BSN degree holder, need po ba magtake ng NCLEX? Thank u po and more power.😊🤍
Nung panahon kasi namin is wala pang online class so more of nasa field kami. Sa hospital for our RLE duty . Pero dahil may pandemic we have to adapt in this situation and as nurses we need to be flexible. My suggestion is always set a goal. You can watch videos online or read ahead about certain topics like Myocardial infaction, myasthenia gravis for you to have a better understanding. 😊 Hope it helps ❤
Ha-ha-ha! Baba din pala ng salary sa UK, 1.6M PHP a year is only 33K USD a year, you can easily make 3-5 times higher than that in US sa California o Hawaii. Even in Texas, Nevada and Arizona, you can make 2-4 times than UK salary working only 36 hours per week. You are still young so if you have a chance to come to USA, come to USA to make some real money. In California, Med Surg ratio 1:5. Telemetry 1:4. ICU 1:1 Everything is computerized, you will use advanced medical equipment plus you have CNAs and LVNs to help you. Night differential $4-5 per hour or more, may OT (time and a half) rin kung gusto mo. marami, ikaw ang aayaw sa dami ng oras. Holidays are double pay. In US, you can work extra at your facility or outside your facility. Full time is 36 hours work per week with full benefits. Many RNs I know who have been working10 years or more have net worth in millions of USD and multi-millionaires if they decide to retire to the Philippines. Be a USRN and you will see and feel the huge difference.
I think it will still depend pa dn naman po sa tao how will she budget and save her money po at kung saan po nya mas preferred mag settle . Yes, US salary is good compared here in the UK, but the crime rate, annual leave, benefits especially the free health care, and the environment - I still prefer UK for that po. Ingat and God bless po 😊
I always dreamt to be a doctor here in the PH, but healthcare providers are belittled and ignored. I'm manifesting to be a UKRN soon. With God's guidance. Sana ako din.
Mam I just wanna ask you if u don't mind...my daughter was in Blackpool UK she left Philippines last December.3 now for the meantime she's working like practical nurse because she has to wait till she pass UK nursing exam any advice from you..anyways .where r u in UK thanks
Yes it's like that here in the UK po. She needs to pass the OSCE for her to be a registered nurse. It's best if she just wait for her PIN/license. 😊 Best of luck to her OSCE.
Thanks for the video po. Very helpful and informative. Halimbawa may hypertension, etc.

Always be humble. Low profile ka lang. Help those who really needs help kung may maitutulong ka.

Hello po. Ano po process para maging UKRN? Since day one po dream ko na talaga. And now that I am a BSN degree holder, need po ba magtake ng NCLEX? Thank u po and more power.😊🤍
NCLEX is for US. Pag UK you just need to pass the english exam and the Computer Based Test.
Aww. This is so heartbreaking. Know your value sis. Hndi yan ksama sa ating job description. We deserve more than that ❤🤗
hi can you give us tricks and tips po kung paano kayo nagstudy noon? ngyon po kasi talagang mahirap since online class ang hirap lalo na at talagang kailngan physical talaga kapag nursing. thankss po.
Thank you for your video nkakainspire 😊
what agency kapo ba miss beautiful? Gsto ko din kasi magwork as a nurse jan 😉
Hi. Abba po ung name ng agency. Thank you for your support. 😊
@@VanessaRifarial Thank you 😉
nice vlog van.. very informative..👌👌👌
Thank you 🤗❤
Sahod ko for 3 years noon was 175/day.
Hahaha. Thanks po sis 🤗❤ ingat po kayo.
I always dreamt to be a doctor here in the PH, but healthcare providers are belittled and ignored. I'm manifesting to be a UKRN soon. With God's guidance. Sana ako din.
Just believe in yourself, Veronica. Good Luck! 😊
😊 Best of luck to her OSCE.
love this hehe
Thank you 😊

Hoping for your response.Thank u and Godbless!
Always be humble. Low profile ka lang. Help those who really needs help kung may maitutulong ka.
Thank you po 🤗😊❤
galing mag explain- tapos kamukha pa ni Angel Locsin :)
Thank you. Wow, Angel Locsin? Bato na lang kulang para darna na. Chos! 🤣
Is there a height requirement po?
Hi. There is no height requirement. 😁
@@VanessaRifarial Thank you po.

Thank you John ❤ God bless.
i'd really enjoy watching ur videos ate! where did u studied nursing po?
how many experience years po need to apply abroad? how many years exactly it would take to finally work there?
You need atleast 2 years of nursing experience but the longer the better. Your skills and nursing experience will be your edge abroad.
