Well my personal experience, I bought them online they added some random shipment protection that I didn’t ask for or approve. Then the tracking site was almost unnavigable and very suspect telling you that they’ve arrived when they haven’t, when you try to get customer service there’s only one email and you get the same (buying time) response to keep you strung along, then if you stay on them enough they’ll say “sorry it seems the carrier lost your package , but good news you got the shipment protection, then they give you a refund minus the 10 bucks for the “shipment protection” so the shipment is the actual goal, they just hold your money to cover some other bad investment similar to the fyre festival guy. People who get the shoes are usually in on the scam which makes me wonder….
