@@cvhashim the shaikh accepts everything in bukhari and muslim as saheeh. And usually if chain is authentic for him the hadith is authentic. Textual criticism isn't valid according to the shaikh and many others who blindly any hadith as long as isnad is good

The specific dating method the sheikh references is extremely accurate for everything younger than 60000 years. So everything that is older should be taken with a grain of salt.
There are easy ways to tell the age of older than 60k years. Uranium Thorium Lead dating for example.
Excellent question to answer, I did wonder when I see these lineage charts of prophets against strong scientific evidences. That makes more realistic sense, although I wish we had more knowledge.
If you see irrefutable scientific evidence from the Qur'an, and something that has been either explicitly stated by Allah or something verified and authentic from the prophet, you should take the side of scripture.

120,000 prophets, and a lot of them each lived for 1000+ years. That means there must have been multiple prophets at one time, which makes sense since a prophet has come to every society. I have no doubt some came to the americas, australia etc... at the same time as others were in the middle east. But allah knows best

sry, I didn't remember which episode he said. as far as I remember Adam as wasn't in Heaven, the first person was to enter heaven is Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu Alayhi wa Sallam.
In addition to what has been said, Allah created humans with a very Natural desire of having a mate. When the people of Jannah enter remember they will have many partners to enjoy. This would explain why Allah created Hawaa AS. Does it say in the Quran Aadam was lonely explicitly? Because All I know is that Allah chose to grant Adam a partner but I thought it was more like a blessing from Allah.
@@sarkermahmud You're talking about after the day of judgement when everyone goes to heaven or hell ... yes prophet Muhammad ﷺ and his ummah will enter jannah first. Allah SWT says:
وَنَزَعۡنَا مَا فِی صُدُورِهِم مِّنۡ غِلٍّ إِخۡوَ ٰنًا عَلَىٰ سُرُرࣲ مُّتَقَـٰبِلِینَ﴿ ٤٧ ﴾ لَا یَمَسُّهُمۡ فِیهَا نَصَبࣱ وَمَا هُم مِّنۡهَا بِمُخۡرَجِینَ﴿ ٤٨ ﴾
We will remove whatever bitterness they had in their hearts. In a friendly manner, they will be on thrones, facing one another.
No fatigue will touch them there, nor will they ever be asked to leave.

No, Adam was born more than 100000s years ago because there were many generations before us and prophet adam was said to have a height over 15 feet tall and people with that height were the old humans and they discovered many bodies of tall people in the beginning and they were said to be at least 100000 years old
Then what happened to his fossils, he is believed to be 30 meter tall in islam which stands for 90 feet approximately. So where did his Skelton go if he had lived just 100000 years ago?
There have even been found a human skull in est Africa in Kenya a human skeleton that are around 1.76 million years old in Somalia there have been found a skeleton that are over 200 thousand years old and the oldest graves to have been found are in Somalia one was over 50 thousand years old

The true amount of generation between us and Adam a.s is unknown. But let me ask you, do you think Adam a.s who was around 30 meters tall, can be classified as a homosapien?

Well thought answer though there are a major points that are not addressed and bring us to wholly think again the answer: 1) homo sapiens have been discovered to be on Earth not just a few millenia more than 50 thousand years ago but... 300,000 years ago by bones found in Morocco (www.bbc.com/news/science-environment-40194150) and genetic science points to even older origins. 2) By far and large in those periods homo sapiens just knew to lift a fire and live from caves to caves using stones with very very elemental simbologic activity of any even having our same DNA and the same biological "hardware" for intelligence than us. 3) Adam (a.s.) did not live going from cave to cave using stones, astaghfirullah, he came as Prophet to teach Tawhid and moral order. 4) Myths and legends around the world somehow kept memory of an original man or original father and mother of a civilized nature 5) There is absolutedly no possibility that there is any kind of even mythical or distorted memory of the history of an actual father and mother as old as 300,000 years ago. SO: there is another answer that Sheykh Yasir Qadhi has not considered but fits well as an answer and is available in our tradition: that before Adam (a.s.) there were former humans, so many of them before, what we can call the pre-Adamites. And 124,000 thousand Prophets after Adam are explained as there were always available many at the same time in different regions. Sultan Bahu for example wrote in the past: “Once Allah SWT (God) said to the Prophet “O Muhammad I created an Adam before I created your father Adam, whom I gave a life of thousand years. Then I created fifteen thousand Adams all of whom I gave a life of ten thousand years. After that I created your Adam.”

Thank you for clearing some misconception, but the story of Adam and Eve are also biblical. Quran has divided the stages of Creation of Life, to creation of human to appointing Adam as Caliph in this world. So if after appointing Adam as Caliphate Allah said in Surah Taha Verse 118 & 119 says: Verily it is thine that thou shalt not hunger therein nor go naked. ﴾118﴿ Nor that thou shalt thirst therein nor shall suffer from the sun. ﴾119﴿
which clearly shows that Hazrat Adam already knew what is thirst and what is sun and which is hunger and what is nakedness. I mean if they were just created there and then, then, telling them they will not see hunger and thirst and nakedness etc is pretty useless.
Also if you see Surah Bani Israel ayat 2 and 3, it clearly says that Hazrat Ibrahim is not from Hazrat Nuh
We gave unto Moses the Scripture, and We appointed it a guidance for the children of Israel, saying: Choose no guardian beside Me. ﴾2﴿ (They were) the seed of those whom We carried (in the ship) along with Noah.
This means that Hazrat Ibrahim is from the lineage of someone who joined Hazrat Nuh on that ship.
Similarly in Ayah 33 and 34 of Surah Al-Imran, its clear that Hazrat Ibrahim is from Hazrat Adam and Hazrat Esa (Jesus) is from Hazrat Nuh.
اِنَّ اللّٰهَ اصۡطَفٰۤى اٰدَمَ وَنُوۡحًا وَّاٰلَ اِبۡرٰهِيۡمَ وَاٰلَ عِمۡرٰنَ عَلَى الۡعٰلَمِيۡنَۙ ﴿۳۳﴾ ذُرِّيَّةًۢ بَعۡضُهَا مِنۡۢ بَعۡضٍؕ وَاللّٰهُ سَمِيۡعٌ عَلِيۡمٌۚ ﴿۳۴﴾
It mentions two families and two people. And it says some are from one lineage and some are from other lineage, so not all are from one lineage.
unfortunately we have got lot of stories which are from biblical sources and clearly contradict Quran.

Several prophets existed at the same time, like Isa and Yahya alayhi salam :) And the prophets were sent to different peoples too, which makes it logical for several prophets to be operating at the same time around the globe.

Also Musa AS, Haroon AS and Shuaib AS as another example. Or Suleiman AS and Dawood AS.
Even the spacing between them wasn't consistent. The time between Eesa AS and Muhammad SAWS was over 600 years, for instance, while Nuh AS and Adam AS lived for centuries, as the messengers of their time. We can't accurately calculate the time since Adam AS because there are just too many unknowns.

Even if hundreds of prophets exited at the same time and generation it would still take hundreds of thousands of years to complete a cycle of 12400.
There's no way man only lived for 6000 years. That would mean Nuh AS hogged 16% of time thus far since he lived for 1000 years. And I'm guessing Adam lived alot longer.

Theres probably 124,000 prophets in humankind lifespan so far. So 60000 years is a good estimate.
The Shocking things is that there is no reliable hadith about number of prophets and messagers and that means 124,000 prophet is not confirmed and maybe they were even 200,000 prophet or maybe less or more

Quran can't teach people how to be witty. Rasoolullah (sallalahu alayhi wassallam) is the example to model. But reading hadith will not give any hint about it. Because he(sallahu alayhi wassallam) used very simple statements to change people's emotions. The real secret is in his emotional tone,facial expressions,body guestures, giving attention to people and physical health.

It's a very specific claim about history of mankind.If Quran and hadith don't mention it then it has to be extrapolated through any valid areas of knowledge such as science,archeology. Opinions of scholars of hijaz on this subject matter do not constitute valid knowledge. It's just conjecture.

The oldest giants lived the longest and as centuries went on we shrunk in size and our life span got shorter. Prophet Muhammed's ummah's life span is average of 60 something years.
