Arona Gran Hotel - Tenerife Review

- We stayed here from 7th to 10th March 2022. The hotel is situated in a quiet part of Los Cristianos, South Tenerife. It is 20 mins taxi from the airport and is give or take 25 Euros, there are buses too. The hotel has recently been refurbished. It is a top-end hotel with quality food and nice rooms. Depending on who you book through it averages around 200 Euros per night with breakfast for a sea/pool view room. It is an adult-only hotel and is quiet. Entertainment every night too.
I was their in beginning of december for 14 days, last year. This hotel is for me the first hotel of my list. If I come to Tenerife I will stay their again. Food is marvelous. I had breakfast and dinner. And the staff friendly and marvelous too.

Great vlog was there at Christmas the staff are marvellous . Hopefully going this Christmas . A massive improvement compared when I went eight year’s ago
Looking forward to returning in May again. Love this hotel and lovely food . We were due to come last May but flight was cancelled and hotel closed for refurbishment.
I was sitting on a sun bed at UP when you did this.In fact in the drone shot towards the end myself and my partner are sitting on sun beds beside the infinity pool

@@denisebucknall1591 at the adults pool are more than enough sunbeds available, we were 5 adults so
How quiet is it? Does the noise of the entertainment at night affect the rooms? How about the UP terrace, is there noise affecting the rooms right below it??
Actually, it's very quiet, the entertainment does stop at a reasonable time. Probably to do with the hotel catering for, shall we say, the more mature guest
Are drinks included in the all inclusive?
If you book the UP terrace 10.00 - 18-00

Yes adults only
Don’t like the idea of any balcony above you can stare directly down onto ur balcony… only reason stopping me booking it gutted
I heard that the manadatory face mask was suspended starting on April 20th. So, does this apply also to this hotel? Besides, the beach doesn't look like you could enjoy swimming there. Is there another beach near by the hotel that is much more suitable for swimming. Thank you for any tips 😘
Hi, I expect the mask mandate applies to all establishments and woul assume its not in force now.. The beach in the immediate vicinity is rocky However, a 10 minute walk on the promenade link road will take you to the nearest beach
