Lmaooo Wildcat suffers from the wind always blowing snow off of it, and having literal boulders all over their trails lol. Worst comes to worst, the unmarked glades never close 😉
My first time on Tuckerman Ravine, I was 20, my friends and I pitched a tent at 4am in Pinkham Notch to camp out and snowboard it. At 6am rangers woke us up, so we packed up and went after it 😅 this was 18 years ago. We do a little better now
Merry Xmas!!! I was really tempted to go this past Sunday (which is probably the day you were up there). I was worried about too sketchy avy conditions for a solo venture so I skied Moosilauke instead. Of course I regret my choice after watching your amazing video. What was the first run before you skied the Left Gully?
This video was actually taken before the rain, I spread my content out so I can so weekly uploads. Occasionally I will rush content so people can see current conditions, especially with rare lines, but since the rain was coming I figured it wasn’t super consequential. So you likely made the right call. I was on the cog on Saturday and wind was nuking, lots of shooting cracks. I imagine Sunday would’ve been sketchy. The first line I skied was Chute North Variation. I hiked into it from the bottom since it was closed out at the top.
Merry Christmas yall! Hope everyone’s enjoying the snow somewhere 🎄
Nice runs Ryan. Be safe
@@frankventre7420 Thank you
Epic skiing bro, looking forward to the rest of the season!
@@SkiingBiologyGod Thank you! Gonna be a good one I’ve got a feeling !
I don’t have the skills (plus I am old!). Looks like a great adventure! Keep it up. Merry Christmas 🎄
You’re never too old for the mountains! Merry Christmas to you as well.
Great video, have an awesome Christmas!
Thank you! Merry Christmas to you too!
All that snow on tucks but Wildcat still has 6 trails open lol

@@extreme_ryan_delena so funny. Cog was may primary choice instead of Tucks but I was worried about the wind. It looks like it was really windy.
I'm just jealous you got away with camping in the AMC lot
