Sure, I’m trained in Usui Reiki and also have some Holy Fire training as well, so being attuned to Reiki I am always channeling Reiki in each and every video. I also incorporate other forms of energy healing that I’ve learned and also received in meditation over the years… the majority of this centers around visualization and any information I receive when I tap in, I work with a lot of colored energies that serve different purposes like purification and transmutation, also some methods based around sacred geometry and energy programming for example. I will put it on my list to do a video about this! 😊🙏💜🫶🏽

Hey Savarina, many of the songs I use are tuned to 432hz although I don’t have the ability to change all of them. I wish all music was tuned to healing frequencies, maybe one day… 🌀🌊🫶🏽
