GLUE RECOMMENDATION: please note, this glue is not sold at shoe repair shop, but the glue that shoe repairer uses is exactl same one, simply buy his glue, and try to use it for your extensions, please note, shoe repair man usually has two kinds of glues, one is light colorless strong smell thick liquid glue, and second one is light yellow color strong smell thich liqud glue, both works well, this glue is a special glue, is not sold in regular shops! Shoe repair shops usually buy such strong smell heavy thick glues for their leather shoes, that works super well with our hair extensions. Please do not ask Shoe repair man to find you Glue for Hair extensions, of course you will make him angry )) Smply ask Shoe Repair Man to sell you some of his glues, usually two knids they got. Remember: Colorless Glue and Yellowish Glue. Both work well on hair extensions. Do not buy glues from super markets, Do not buy super glues, Do not buy glues online, I have hard time finding any glue online, Shoe Repair Man always have some great Glues. Hope this helps all. I wish I could sell You the Glue online, but in my current Factory Location The Local LAW does not allow Liquid Parcel shipments from The Post Office, So I can't ship u unfortunately,

I see some people are making their tape hairs without using lace, thats probably the biggest mistake! Please do USE LACE, as it holds the base of the tape hair strong, tape hair base must be re-usable, solid, strong, flexible, etc etc so lace will do all that job!

What type of glue is that? When I got to the shoe repair place I asked the guy for glue that can be used for hair extensions he got upset and told me to go to a hair store. So exactly what should I ask for?

Love this! You can also buy it in the weft. And buy the tape and apply it yourself.
I can see the wefts being easier, but I think this way makes the tape in less bulky and will allow a seamless install.
Yup! I ended up using the wefts then cut them afterwards. Worked out perfectly

these method creates re usable tapes, you can simply remove old walker tapes from the base of the hair, and the re add another walker tape, the reason we applied LACE on the base, gives you very strong base so you can e use and re use the hair as many times as you like, you can create tape hair extensions without lace if you need it to be not re usable )

Hopefully someone can help; I looked into Aleen’s tacky glue, walkers Ulta hold glue, and even Elmer’s rubber cement. Any thoughts?
shoe repair guys do use some best glues like leather adhesive water resistant flexible curing glues, please try them, most glues they use may have no names, prepared in house, dont try any glues from online or supermarkets, as it may not work 99% chance, only shoe repair guys have the best suitable glue..... which holds the hair tight and flexible...
What did you use to color the cement? I don't want to mix it with something that could possibly explode in my face because cement is flammable!

honestly never tried them, but i ve seen them few times on amazona dn ebay, why dont you try it please, let us know, if it works well, being in overseas (eastern europe) i tried local glues mostly, ...
I think the biggest issue would be that they dry solid, not flexible

hey, shoe repair guys do use best glues, you may ask them to recommend you one in your local repair shops, other glues that are sold in supermarkets will not work well,
Babe, use "shoe goo" or "e6000plus" both are Amazon. I just finished up mine yesterday with the e6000plus it's amazingg I wouldn't use the regular e6000 though it gets really messy and has a horrible smell. Xox good luck! Oh. And I didn't use any lace because i didn't have any. So since I was using sewn wefted hair, I applied my glue and once cured I cut the top bulky piece off. Now they're super flat and not heavy!

With the glue could you use the black hair glue not talking about got to be glue or the other stuff that's in the little jar I'm talking about that old school hair glue the stuff that dried like rubber kind of put you in the mindset of rubber cement and it was always black or brown I've never seen any other color I'm pretty sure they did for Caucasian people but still could you use that for the glue

I think it wld be best if you used glue sticks like th the gorilla brand . You can melt them down. They also come in black. Thas the best glue sticks I hv found because it’s very strong

sorry but there is no such a glue that you can find it in the shops, please try some glues from your local shoe repair shops, its a bit difficult thou to find the right one for your work... sorry I wish I could help, but I also myself tried like 20+ several glues, and few only matches the needs and requirements.... note, good glues most times dont have names, and they are made mostly like for shoe repair guys...

SHOE REPAIR GLUE IS EXTREMELY TOXIC AND CAN BE USED FOR SOMETHING THAT IS GONA BE IN CONTACT WITH HUMAN SKIN.,
Toxic chemicals will be gone when glue is cured, so dont worry, also ask your local chemists for more info any glue contains some toxic solvent.
I don’t think shoe glue is supposed to go on or in the hair. There’s other glue that’s used to make the tape ins that made to go in and on the hair.
Shoe glue ingredients are the other Glue that is mde for Tapes, they got similar ingredient but different brand names ) shoe glue is usually much cheaper and more available, whereas the Tape glues are much more pricey as of their brand names) other than brand names everything else the same, also note, experts say this not me, Cured glue is non toxic anymore non harmful anymore... hope this helps in your business
