Doc Aman should I rule out red flasgs in every situation like for chest pain even if it is sharp even then I should ask dull pain ddx such as MI( any radiation to left hand or jaw) and these things just to be on safe side? Or no need as it is shard n it doesn’t go to character of MI??
For ICE, should it be done in a stepwise manner or in one go? Like should you ask the idea in the first part of the consultation, get their concerns in the 2nd part and expectations in the last part?

Red Flags = Every case. Things you can't afford to miss as a clinician.
