Loved the video, but as a fellow Xerox Tech, I had to laugh when you called the "Waste Toner Container" a "Sump"... ;) We give away how long we've been in the industry when we use terms like that... LOL
I started back in the Liquid Copier days, and that's when the waste was a "sump".. ;) I'll assume you were definitely within that same time frame!

How old is the drum cartridge? It might need to be replaced. Is it genuine Xerox with an original chip?

+Hichem Daheur It sounds like you need to replace R3. It is the drum or photoreceptor module. You can buy it from us or locally.
