Even knowing where the muscles are, having to recognize them on the plastic models for my anatomy lab exams is a whole different animal, so THANK YOU for making these videos.
Thank you for posting this!. I'm currently taking an accelerated Anatomy and Physiology class and this video trully helped me. Your video was very thorough in explaining the forearm muscles and tendons.
Awesome video! I love this and the dissection 23 videos from jono03. I am a cellist and a cello teacher, and am building an understanding of anatomy to help me refine my playing technique, recover from injury and help me become a better teacher. For a laugh, if you turn on the closed captions... you can learn about Paul Maris (long at us.) Dr. Fabian shows you not the muscle near the media leprechauns, but the tenant farmers, going down the middle of the farm by the flexor car pile merece.
I thank you so much for all of your ways of explaining the muscles and their Origin/ Insertion. Actually all of your models have helped me get through my summer crash course(6wks) in Anatomy!! I will not forget the PFPF clue to remember what the muscles are!!! On to reproduction models..........
thank you this is very helpful. just one correction, while the extensor digitorum does not act on the thumb it how ever does act on all 4 fingers, little included. im sure you knew that, but this is for anyonewatching.
What's number 26 on the model? Another way to ask is at time 1:05 you can see the palmeris longus, the large one right down the middle. What is the tendon that's just below it? It's the one that seems to enter the hand partially underneath the palmeris longus. Thanks!
Thank you, very good video; but you made a little mistake at the end when saying that "anconeus helps triceps flex the elbow". No problem, it's human.. Anconeus function is to unlock the elbow and help triceps extend it.
first of all it wasn't criticism..it was sarcasm...just a joke. as i said "JK" nice vid" ..geez, lighten up, its the holiday season for pete's sake! LOL.

Thank you very much. Most informative and inclusive video I have found. Very, very helpful. Thanks!!
wow - the complexity of this structure is amazing!!! ;)

Love the way you explain... thanks for sharing, great video.
Thank you!! I really needed this. I finally get it.
Excellent video, very well described. Many thanks
This is really cool! Thank you for uploading :)

thanks so much for doing this!!!!!!!
I really needed this I finally get it
Thank you so much. I feel better for my AP test this Monday!!:)
Thanks! This is easier to understand than the diagrams. (:
Extremely helpful!
great video!!
those models are great. very clear and not gory.
Thanks for such a beautiful explain teacher
Thank you Thank you Thank you!!!!!!!!!!
Very useful vdo. Thanks
dr evil muscle hahaha, absolute legend! thank so much
My tendon was cut across my wrist this really helped
It might be good to know that about 12% of people don't have a palmaris longus, so don't be alarmed if you can't find the tendon on yourself.
Ik this was a long time ago, but I came here looking for that haha
@risB00 Hey what's up
Thx!
Recovering from a major laceration to my forearm, very informative!
How's your recovery how long did it take to heal ? I have bruised tendons
@@Chris-df7cr still healing
best vidio on the arm 8ive ever seen and you are really good looking

thanks
great video apart from his mistake with the anconeous, which is easy to make as it's sooo overwhelming all this! even for someone of his standing.
A little correction:
It's the palmar fascia (or palmar aponeurosis) - the plantar is the foot.
do you mean that breachialis is between triceps and biceps. because you said brachioradialis at about 6.38 please clarify for me thank you
I give up trying to remember all the muscles and actions on what joints :|
Argh! so helpful!!!

where did you get this muscle being that you can break apart and put back together? Please send me a link :)
8:42 Mistake there, Anconeus muscle should be extending the elbow, not flexing
Thanks House

what is the white 12 over the wrist at 8:35 in the video? is that a tendon or just a stripe?
palmar fascia...not plantar
anconeus assists the triceps brachii in EXTENDING the elbow joint...not flexing
its cool to be able to know what hurts you from playing osu in a stupid way
@raymanlegy seriously thats the best idea to revise all these informations lol
Downloaded for personal use
im going tatoo my whole body with muscles, tendons, cartilage, and thier names so i ace all my anatomy classes.
😂
What if you mess up and wear clothes to your exam??
upper limb is very very difficult
first of all it wasn't criticism..it was sarcasm...just a joke. as i said "JK" nice vid" ..geez, lighten up, its the holiday season for pete's sake! LOL.
@raymanlegy I never heard of a full vagina tattoo before hope it works out.
i can appreciate you not saying "appreciate" so much..JK. nice vid.
palmar fascia...not plantar
0:55 palmar aponeurosis...
Very easy vid
anatomy isnt just learnin the muscles names bro. nerves veins arteries cartilages bones and inner organs. good luck with dat
thanks
