  • I am invited for tea by a group of young locals. Despite not speaking the same language, we communicate through gestures, smiles, and Google Translate.
    They invite me on a bike tour of their hometown, Can Tho. Together, we explore its colorful, vibrant, and lively streets, taking in sights such as the Can Tho Bridge, the Night Markets, and much more. Giving us a glimpse into motorbike culture here in Vietnam.
    This experience was truly amazing for me and definitely an unexpected highlight of my visit to the Mekong Delta region. I love meeting local people all around the world and attempting to see life from their perspective.

    in Vietnam , we call these kids is : " Young Buffalo" because they have no ecudation and do somethings like racing , drinking & smoking...etc,. Some of they are friendly but their lifestyle is not good

    2 Australian males saw police and they were angry at them
    Why? Police were cruel

    As l understand that;
    Young people in the west they are the same people in the east
    it is no different
    But in the west they are in the pubs or inside buildings and nobody no much about and also like to cars
    How about in the east
    Mostly outside buildings
    if they drive slowly 20 miles per hour then it is fine
    if they go fast then
    Police should take their bikes away

    8:00 Teenages of Mekong's provinces often leave school and they move to provinces near Saigon to work as labor where having industrial zone & FDI factorys

      Interesting, I'm guessing these are low paying jobs. And that these young people often come from difficult family backgrounds?

    • @vanphan7077
      @vanphan7077 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Yes, the Mekong's provinces do not have industrial zone , they just only have some seafood/fruit/rice factory & and low paying jobs. Their main industry is about agricultural. So to get higher income, people at there usually move to provinces surrounding Saigon : Binh Duong , Dong Nai , Long An.. to get job in electronic/mechanical/textile factorys in industrial park. The more reason is , people in Mekong provinces do not interested in education. By contrast , people in the Central & the North of VN like studying alot. This is their culture up to now, difficult family background is not the most reason

      Actually, we have 3 different culture : North, Central, South. The difference is: accent, lifestyle, culture , cuisine...
