Is language proficiency necessary? Or if we have 6 points then no need for language proficiency?

Below 40 are more preferred but it also depends on other thing like your education, experience or experience in any specific field. You can surely try if you r willing. As on personal level if you have stayed in germany earlier and have level of B2 than company will surely prefer your profile.

But i would also like to add that please compare your situation in the country your are in and in Germany, does it really make sense to come to germany if you are already in a good position because competition is very high.

First of all welcome to germany in advance 😀. Yes there is possiblity to get citizenship in 3 years, but you have to be extraordinary special, exceptionally good in your job, you can volunteer police or firebrigade in several activities, Your work should be of some value to society and above all you need minimum C1 language level. This according to some experts have rare chances to get this but tgere is also possibility to get citizenship in 5 years.

Unfortunately there is no fixed requirement or documentation… the best way is to enquire in ausländerbehörde (govt body who will give you citizenship).
When you come to germany book your appointment with ausländerbehörde of your city (local visa office). There you can enquire if your job profile suitable for such type of options and what documents or process is required to get it. And they will also help you out with volunteering process.
