I am inspired with your oil pastel art. I also had one art about 6 years ago and it never had a second one. I almost forgot about my oil pastels (not so good quality) but I will try if I have oil pastels again same as what you're using. Budget is tight right now.

Do you use any fixer for preserving your muster pieces? I mean because it's soft pastels, how you preserve these?
The pastel sticks well to the paper so I don't need a fixer. I just put it all over the wall.😊

After watching a few videos, I think I am starting to get how to capture "glow" using dark colours. Previously I used to use chalk pastel on top of my wet media paintings. However, I tried an acrylic painting with your technique and while the technique needs mastering for me, there are so many possibilities that my prior chalk pastel thing does not offer. Awesome content.

Hey friend. Just a little suggestion. Adding a little water to acrylic paint and taking very little amount with toothbrush will not leave blobs on your drawing while sprinkling for stars or shiny bits. Excellent drawing by the way.

Very good! I also have a set of mungyo. I used it last night. My fingers hurt from blending. Thee has to be a better way and softer oil pastel. Have you tried senellier? Are they noticably easier?
oh are your fingers ok? actually I usaually use soft oil pastel. it's easier to blend than others😉😉
