Yay Part 2! Thanks for reacting to this! The members of Mamamoo do have very individual personalities, it's always fun seeing their group dynamic both on and off stage. This comeback with Illella in particular felt like 4 soloists coming together since they've all been off doing solo activities for the past year. It's unlike any other group I know, how the members all have their own things outside the group that they are known and well respected for, on top of their successful solo releases. Wheein with her OSTs, Hwasa with her CFs (one of the queens of commercials/advertisements in SK), Solar with her popular youtube channel, and Moonbyul with her award-winning radio MC work (Also an update to Part 1: Moonbyul is now the MOST credited female idol in Kpop).

you might like the latest intro to mamamoo 2022 by mooYT as its updated to 2022 and was released this year. It has all there solos and work up to now. Also he has 2 pts..pt 1 i the members and pt 2 is about the group since debut ...might be fun to react to it or for your personal watch

Fyi the last line in the guide where one of the members tells Hwasa "I'll never let you go" (I'm pretty sure it's Solar) is a reference to the fandom motto Never Letting Go. Back in 2015 at what I believe was their first fan meet moomoos surprised Mamamoo while they were singing Love Lane by holding up signs reading Never Letting Go. The girls dissolved in tears and could barely finish the song. Solar responded by writing a poem to moomoos that she posted on the fan cafe and during the next year Moonbyul & Hwasa added rap verses and they turned it into the fan song I Love Too, aka Never Letting Go (the Korean title). Not sure why RBW lists the English title as I Love Too since they actually sing "I love you too" in the chorus and that's what I call the song. The MV for I Love You Too was filmed live at MMM's first concert in 2016 and is a 5 hankie emotional wrecking ball for moomoos. ILYT is the first of three fan songs Solar has written over the years, the others being the gorgeous ballad Star Wind Flower Sun, a heartfelt song of gratitude to the members, their families, moomoos, and their RBW staff, and the just for fun song I'm Your Fan.

Since this guide was released Mamamoo has released 3 EPs and 1 Compilation album of remastered/remixed hits. Wheein has released 2 EPs, Solar has released 1 EP, Hwasa has released 1 EP, and Moonbyul has released 1 EP. Solar, Moonbyul, and Hwasa all signed their contracts to stay with RBW til next year and Wheein has signed on with The1ive but is still under an exclusive contract with RBW for Mamamoo activities. Thanks so much for reacting to this!! I love their music, but getting to know the Mamamoo members as individuals is what made me fall in love with the group.
