Hello Ravish after watching interview i feel questions were like exact interview questions but for candidate where she was answering on her experience she was like umm umm thing and speak but at where she is answering from google she was fluent can notice after 23 min. she was reading from google anout nexus policies

The interview flow seems good, yet we spectators are not able to get what are the expected answers or lets just say probable answers (as they can differ from one organization to other) of the questions being asked. If we can get the explanations of the same, that would be better...

So, she was talking about the Gradle that runs JUnit tests.
Gradle and Maven can be used to do JUnit testing.
Although, we as devops do not write the test cases, we integrate the test cases with the pipelines. But, we need to understand how they actually work.

Is it Already written by Developer or Devops Engg need to write it for Deployment ?

If it's a support project, it would already be there. But, if it's a new project, it's the responsibility of a DevOps to write it, always!
