Not that different from humans during Black Friday in the US and Japanese obasans during supermarkets sales and/or markdowns. It's hard to believe how much we have in common
That was TERRIFYING! That guy is very brave. It looked like a scene out of WORLD WAR Z. I just hope in that free-for-all feeding session, none of the less aggressive monkeys were left without anything.
It’s at the end of the day, I think after 16:00. I filmed it 3 times I think - Japanese TV copied me putting a GoPro on the cart as well 😂 it’s a madhouse!!
They’re used to people but people don’t touch them. There are rules. The park keeps them from going to towns and farms thus saving their lives. If they become pests, they won’t last long - nor by swinging from power wires and wandering around traffic. This park is really wonderful in many ways. They also treat the older monkeys and injured ones, do a censes and studies on societal shifts.
The day they learn they can just turn on the cart puller and take the sweet potato out of the cart will be a sad day on Monkey Mountain, on account of them all having to be killed.
Why would they hurt the thing that brings free food every day? All to get the same amount of food that they’ll get anyways? Looks like someone’s dimmer than a monkey
Monkey are not violent animals. They won't attack unless provoked. And they sure are smart enough to know what are feeding them everyday and will stay clear of them so they can get the food they need to survive. Can they turn on the cart puller? Yes But why should they? They're not going to ruin chance of getting food by doing things like that.

@@dean43669 I've seen some violent monkeys...
@@JohnApted social commentary has to make sense. Yours is flawed for the reason mentioned above
