- Happy 2024!!! Sharing how I like to reset and make space for a fresh start from decluttering the apartment to setting positive goals. It's going to be a good year.

I had the same issue of not wanting to go back out to workout once I got home. So, I started taking my clothes to work with me. I would change there and then head to the Y to do my walk/run on the treadmill, and some weights. Works for me.
I don't like people telling me what to do either! I can relate. It's why I will never get a personal trainer. I do love gym classes though, I don't feel like the instructor is telling me what to do, more showing me and exercising WITH the class. I also love walking outdoors. Happy walking :)

Reaaaally recommend pottery! Fellow perfectionist desperate for an on-screen time hobby, and I joined a pottery group last year. It's genuinely one of the best things I've done - you can make whatever you like (I've made so much home decor!), if it doesn't go to plan you can try again, and it's so consuming 2 hours whizz by and I haven't looked at my phone once! I'm still not all that great but it's become one of my favourite things, honestly it's a bit like creative therapy 😂

The grapes 😂 I’m Colombian & my husband’s family is Peruvian, and we do the 12 grapes too. It doesn’t sound like a lot of grapes but I struggle trying to eat them quickly!

I hate taking down Christmas decorations it makes me sad. I usually leave them up until Dia de Los Reyes😅 ¡Feliz año nuevo!
my mom leaves them up until then too!! it was so sad to take them down, but so nice to have a fresh start. happy new year ❤
