Sometimes it doesn't resolve this way, I recommend fixing the tpm 2.0 error (search help for van9004, and follow the instructions,it's a problem in the configs on the bios) that worked for me, most videos says that the problem resolves with compatibility mode and it does not, hope this helps someone
