hi everyone! not to brag or anything...I do be a chef ! even though college is hella stressful and it's easy to become overwhelmed, cooking is my favorite way to wind down nowadays while also taking care of myself. I am so fortunate to have a kitchen and plenty of people to cook for and with! since coming on campus, I have given up eating pescatarian (it's hella tough yo, the veggie options at our dining hall are poo) but I still like making veggie-friendly dishes! if you have any tips on going back to eating more plant-based, let me know. thank you for being here with me as I develop my relationship with food hehe! always excited to learn and share new recipes.

During the pandemic I developed anorexia before going into grade 9 and your videos in a lot of ways helped me recover so thank you so much for giving a realistic and delicious representation of food because it helped save my life. I am so grateful for you and these videos and I just wanted you to know that when I was struggling the most through a tough way to recovery your videos supported me and got me to see what a normal relationship with food looks like for someone

Does anyone else feel like one could watch a whole movie made by linh? Her style, her edting, everything is just so soothing and wholesome, i never want the videos to end❤
I wanted to write a recipe that I thought you would love. After melting a spoonful of butter in the pan, we put five or six peppers, which are finely chopped, into the pan. After frying until their color changes, we add three large tomatoes, diced into cubes. When the tomatoes release their juices and start bubbling, add a little salt and add two eggs beaten with salt. After adding a little black pepper and a little chili pepper, we cook it on low heat until the eggs are cooked. It takes fifteen minutes to prepare. In Turkey, we usually consume it with bread for breakfast. I thought maybe you would like to try another culture's food. I enjoy watching your videos. Love...

i wish my. college experience looked like this.. i had zero friends/ family, no money, sleeping in between my car/ bfs parents house.. pregnant.. it was beyond stressful by time i graduated i wasn’t even into the field anymore.. my internship showed me i wasn’t cut out for it 😭 forever living through your videos instead ❤️❤️❤️

I’m glad to see realistic portion sizes, I see so many vloggers show like the tiniest plates with like an egg a piece of bread and like a handful of fruit and it just doesn’t seem realistic for a grown adult to survive off of a couple tiny meals a day. Especially when they are replacing or skipping meals as well
this is very advanced sophomore in college cooking. when i was your age i ate cereal and pasta and caprese salad pretty much exclusively hahaha
The questionable dining hall oatmeal at the beginning has me dead 💀 like why is it so watery lol??? This video is making me very hungry and I love watching you cook! Everything looks so yummy! :)))

Linh is so nice seeing you trying to balance your meal like this! On the topic of canh, if you want a cleaner taste, I would suggest stir fry the protein with shallots - they give out this nice aroma and subtle sweetness, that what my mom taught me!
Hey Linh! When I was at college I worked in the dining hall making Sunday brunch omelets.
Try mixing in all of your toppings with your egg and filling the pan. We used smaller pans to get that perfect size. Allow the egg and topping mixture to cook for a minute or so on medium heat. While it’s cooking, carefully lift the sides of your omelet away from the pan and tip it so that the runny egg drains under the omelet. Keep doing this until the top of the omelet doesn’t have any more egg to drain underneath. Then the bottom should be stable enough to flip! Allow the other side to cook for a minute to your preference for color on the egg. The darker the color the less fluffy the egg will be.
Then when you’re ready to plate, just flip one side over to fold it. This is more like a frittata but it has led to well cooked and assembled meals.

I think I first discovered your channel 2 ish years ago, I was scrolling on my recommended page and I saw your video on your favorite childhood books. This was back way when you still had black hair and straight bangs, but your personality was still the same.
Watching your videos during quarantine has been a huge help for me. When you’re in lockdown, and you can’t go anywhere, you spend a lot of time in your head and for me personally, I took inspiration from your videos to change a bit. Now I have bleached hair, my room is revamped, I have a sticker shop, and I’m gay lol
