In this video, I am going to share with you an application of ceramic coating which I have done for my car. I have recently purchased a Tata Nexon XZ+ Optional #dark edition BS6 Turbo Petrol Car and used this Turtle hybrid ceramic solution at my home. I have found it very useful and best if you are looking for an affordable ceramic solution for your car. Turtle hybrid ceramic is quick to apply and has almost the same advantages of ceramic coating provided by other third parties companies. Could you guide we which product of turtle wax should I use...I am confused with products they have...
Note: I haven't done any coating on my car and it's only 1st service and waxing is done...kept my car clean and neat but want to protect my car shine and overcome swirl during car dust cleaning duster.
I can understand maintaining dark color is tough. Have you seen my both videos on Car Washing and Ceramic Coating. I think Turtle products are good. Also, as your car is new and you are already taking care of it as you are saying, in this case you can follow my style to maintain paint quality of your car. But I would like to share that don't do it frequently. Try to avoid regular washing and polish. Use these products on quarterly basis. But if your car is very dirty and full of dust then it is exceptional and you are go with car wash, polish and ceramic in that case. I hope you will get my point. Actually if you do frequent wash and polish, it also impact car paint. So, it is good practice to keep your car dry as you can.

Yes, you can do it. But I recommend use only one coat of wax before ceramic. It will be fine.
Can we apply it on windshield and windows. After applying on glass does it cause diamond effect when light comes through the glass. Else it will be difficult to see
Yes, you can apply it. But I think it is not made for it. Best is to use on metal for results.

Congratulations for new car. For floor I am using simple 7D matt. It can be install very easily.
For underbody, I have coated anti-rust paint on silencer.

Is it necessary for 1 week old car to go for polishing before applying ceramic spray?? Or we can just wash and clay and then spray it?
I don't think so it is necessary. It's your choice. I have done my first polish with ceramic coating within 1st month of purchase.
Can we use this product on white color nexon? What if this spreads over glasses (windshield/side or rear windows)? Will it blur the view? Please reply. Thank you.
You can use it on white too. Even on glass but need to make sure you use dry cloth in apply it properly. Then it will not leave blur.

I am in a confusion that I have 1 year old car dark blue colour (the third service is on next month), have some dust problems but always parked under car porch so no problem with the sunlight. I washes it atleast once in a 10 days using car shampoo mildley.my confusion is i have never done any waxing, polishing, ceramic coating etc yet and now my car always having some water spots and as i mentioned above problems with the dust. What would I do for maintaining the protection and glossiness of paint? Should I do waxing or ceramic coat (at home) ?? About waxing, if i frequently do it once in a month does it will become harmful to my car paint ?? Or should I use wax and then ceramic coat once in 3-4 month?? Please reply.. i am confused bcoz I haven't done any of this before.. anticipating your helpful reply
If you use good company wax or polish it will not harm your paint. But don't use it frequently. I think do it quarterly. This is same for Ceremic Coating too. As you said you are washing car every 10 days, it is also not good. Keep it dry as you can. Cover your car after dry clean. I will create video on it and share soon.

These product are good on metal only. You can use it on sticker but this product is made for metal part maintenance. Yes, off course there are new products but sorry I am still using these products and no idea for other products.

Yaar use kar sakte ho. But as per my experience aak lambe time ke baad koi bhi cleaner use karlo thoda bahut stain rahta hai. I would like to suggest 2 year me car ko aak baar bahar se detailing karaleni chaiye. Minors stain, scratch and dust sab clean ho jata hai unless koi major exterior issue na ho toh.
How long did it last? Bottle says upto 12 months.But I doubt it will not last for more than a month in indian conditions where the car is kept in open area. So need to spray once in 30/40 days whats your take? Kindly reply.
Yes, bottle says up to 12 months but it also depend on your car condition. I have outdoor parking so I always cover my car. I have applied 2 times within 3 months. I can use it 2-3 times more, still have enough spray.
Yes, roughly 30 sprays I am doing per application. If your car is in good condition, no need to do it again and again. Now, I am planning to apply it after 4-5 months.

Yes, it's good idea. But before apply it you need to wash your car and dry clean. There is no harm to use it. I am using it from last 8 months now. I think once in a 2-3 months is fine to maintain ceramic behavior of the car.

yes, you can drive it. No problem.
Are there any side effects of this on the paint after some time , coz someone have posted his YAMAHA FZ pic having paint issue after some time. Is it true cuz I also wanna use it on my bikes . And 2nd question is can I use it on the non painted black plastic trims of the car ? Does it works on them too
Now, this is my second year using this product. I have not faced any paint quality issue. You can check my latest videos of car. Even I have found that it is helping to maintain my car paint quality. Second question is that it is made for metal only, interestingly I am using it on my plastic part of car but there is no specific benefit of it. For metal it is really good.

HI... do I keep the car 24 hours in a dust free sealed room after use Turtle Wax CERAMIC WAX SPRAY? is it necessary? i don't have that situation. can i use it at home?
It's not possible specially when you have outdoor parking. Interestingly I have outdoor parking and facing same issue.
I can share what I am doing. After application wax I used to cover my car with protected and good quality cover. You can find reference of that cover on my channel videos.

After applying ceramic coating what is the time period to wash car..when can we wash after coating?
There is no specific time period. Even try to avoid washing. Wash car when it will be really dirty otherwise use duster to remove dust from car.

I hv Tata Nexon which I bought in 2021 jan...M confused whether to go for ceramic coating proffesionly or not Its of green color wth little to big scratches..car is kept outside wth cover but no shade..m worried about durablity of d car md fadeness of d green color...please advise..never did any type of coating before for maintenance...
I am getting really good results of doing it at home. But also, I have open parking but I am taking proper care of my car. I used to cover my car all the time. I have a premium cover for it. Specially on rainy season I use different cover. If I am not driving once in a week I use to check my car and remove car cover for 30-40 minutes so that it will get proper sunlight. So, following these steps. I am able to maintain my car paint quality. Its not fading and getting scratch. Although there are few minor scratch but that will be fine

@@mishra4570 It all about your choice. If you have money you can also go with professional service or if you want to save your money and have time you can do it at your home.
Just want to add that professional service is slightly good in terms of output as they generally use equipment and machines and also do coating or polish in a covered no dust environment. But its very slight difference. My car is now year old. And I have applied 3 times polish & ceramic coating. I am very satisfied and happy with the quality and it's not impacting car paint quality.
It's up to you what frequency you want to choose but I recommend semi annual application is enough and good.
Applying process is very simple not rocket science. I have uploaded 2 videos and explained it in very detail. Go through those video and products. If in case you still have any confusion let me know.

Yes, you can directly apply. But good if you apply polish before it. I would not like to suggest claying. Your car is new. Clay is good after 2-3 years or if there is many hairline scratches. Don't go for claying for your new car. Use polish if available otherwise apply ceramic directly.

After the turtle ceramic is sprayed, one has to spread it with a cotton muslin cloth or a sponge then wait for about 3/5 minutes, so that the ceramic content goes into the micro crevices and then wipe it off twice with different micro fibre cloth .. Don't have to rub itit. .

@@ScoutHimanshu that's the way ceramic coatings are done . it's not a polish , where you have to rub it in. This has silicone oxide , which creates a sort of coating on the surface paint , creating a barrier .Can be applied on paint , glass , fibreglass etc .
@@goldwing369 I agree with your point. But when we apply it on metal, it is in liquid form and will take to few seconds to be solid layer apply on metal.

How many coats does one bottle give? And how long each coat stays effective?
It's difficult to say exactly but I can say you I have used 7-8 times per bottle. Long lasting about coating. Its depend on your car exterior condition. If there will be heavy rain and your car is outside. Then you have to use it frequently. But in normal condition 2-3 months per coating.

In that case before applying ceramic coating use dry cloth once to clean dust.
It is the process. If you are applying polish then good to wait 8 hours for good results of ceramic.

Hey, I wash my car once a week, after washing I apply the 3m car wax. Can I apply this over the wax? Also, what is the frequency at which this ceramic coating is to be done? Like once a month or wot.
It's totally depends on car conditions. I applied ceramic coating 4months back and still my car conditions is good. As I am properly mainting it. Daily dry dusting and covered my car all the time. I am planning to do in next 2-3 months. Please don't wash your car every week. Wash your car once in a quarter. But if it is in bad condition due to rain, dust and traveling then you can go for car wash anytime.

Wax every week? That's too much it will cause abrasion of paint, do it at every 2 to 4 months, that mean 3 to 6 time per year.

It is not the cost of bottle. It is cost of per application of ceramic coating if you follow all the steps which I have shared including other two wax. So, I have roughly estimated that if we buy these three products, we can do ceramic coating 5-6 times.

Yaar ceramic coating washing resistant nahi hoti koi si bhi. Jitni baar wash karoge, dheere dheere hategi. But kafi lambe samay tak rahti hai. Vaise Mai try karta hu ki lambe samay tak wash na karu car ko. Dry clean karta hu.
What is the difference between ceramic coating and liquid wax polish?
Both has the same effect like water drips after being poured over and rest of the water can be blotted with a microfiber. So what's the difference?

Back to back maat karna. Atleast 6 hours ka gap rakho. But cover your car and second coat karne se pahle dry cloth se car ko saaf karlo ki koi dust na ho. Enjoy.

Depend on few conditions (usage, rain etc) but for me 3-4 months very easily.

Yaar isko use karoge toh apne aap idea lag jata hai. Vaise agar normal condition ho 2-3 months ke baad me karta hu.
Is it dust repellant??
Any ceramic coating is not fully repellant. But this product will protect from dust on a great extent. You just need to use dry microfiber cloth to clean surfaces. For heavy dirt, good to wash car first and then use cloth.

white me use kar sakte ho. 4-5 months rahta hai impact but agar pani ka zada use karoge toh coating haat jaengi. Mai apni car 4-5 months me wash karta hu. And tabhi karta hu jab gaadi zada gandi hoti hai.

Good for swir marks ?
Wax polish will slightly help to restore swir marks but these products are not made for scratch or swir remove. This are help to protect exterior impact (new) not existing marks.

4- Cleaning with micro fiber
5- Applying Hybrid solution ceramic spray coating directly to the car and I did used 3 microfiber cloths for this process
I did this with two black cars. For one car I didn't use polish and wax but same results

Hii brother, I have few questions as I have purchased nexon dark edition recently, ur suggestions will be of great help to me. 1) Can wax and polish do the job just fine or there are marginal benefits after applying ceramic coat?
2) After applying this wax polish and ceramic, for how long I need to avoid washing (frequency between washing) Given environmental conditions are normal with less running of car?
3) this is regardless of those 3 products when in monsoon where freqent washes are required just normal wash is sufficient or do i need to apply the wax and polish , if applied frequently will the wax and polish affect the paint?
4) Any interiors maintenance suggestions please!!
Thanks for your suggestion. Please check my below points. I will try to cover all your questions below:
(1) Yes, as per my experience these products have a very big marginal difference in terms of benefits. I am using it from last 8+ months and I can see that it will protect my car from dust and slight rain and any minor scratches a lot.
(2) I am not using it frequently. I have applied it only 3 times in 8 months. When we need to use it, is based on car condition only. If you have indoor parking and you are maintaining your car, you don't need to use it very frequently.
(3) For monsoon, I usually don't use it. This is my first monsoon, I have not applied it because heavy rain will clean all your coatings material from car. It is also applicable if you do ceramic coating from company too. So, I am planning to do it after monsoon. October or November.
(4) Whenever I apply it, I do all steps wash + polish + ceramic coating. If you miss any steps and specially first two, it will to do dust particle sticks on your car and it may lead to scratch.

Aur ghar par cover karke hi rakhna gadi,agar jyada gandi hai toh dhoke hi cover krna gadi, avoid parking in too dirty and dusty areas, aur agar gadi open rakhteho to upar uparse dusting krte rehna hardin, microbre cloth ko thickly fold krke lightly swipe krna dhul nikal jaega & importantly cloth se gadi ko rub krneke baad bich bich mey kapde ko jhaadte rehna taki wo dust kapde se nikal jae. Aur baki sare maintenance tips upar hai. Aur haan car shampoo alag se lelena hair shampoo mat use karna. Tata showroom se polish combo kit lelena hosake to, polish helps in maintaining the shine aur micro scratches b coverup hojata hai, After wash tips are mentioned above by himanshu. You can also go for ppf as i am planning for that now. It is a better option to save the exterior on the long run.

It is per application cost which I have mentioned. Total products cost will around Rs. 2000 approx which you can use it 4-5 times as per car.
