Every step towards your dream is not always fun. I dream to be a physician but do I look forward to all the all nighters and missed family events due to studying and clincals no it's the end goal not always the process. I can't speak for this person in particular but I can fully relate and agree to them.

Sabrina Potts & thank you! Typically I do a braid out throughout the week (I use Lotta Body curl and style milk for that). I wash and deep condition once a week.
Pre poo: olive oil, V05 conditioner, honey.
Shampoo: shea moisture moisturizing & castor oil
Deep conditioner: aunt jackies, grape seed oil, glycerine.
Leave in: herbal essences end protector & aphogee keratin green tea restructurizer
I moisturize throughout the week with coconut oil.
It seems like a lot lol, but once you get the routine down, it goes by quickly.
It’s just about finding what products work best for you! But I think consistently keeping up with the 4 steps on wash day is key. The products can vary.

I usually make one with strawberries, bananas, greek yogurt and chai seeds. I'm just hesitant to try out new fruit combos for some reason.

Hey Tina! This was our first exam block. We have about 7 exam blocks throughout the year. Pathology and pharm, we have 2 hours for the exam. Micro we have one hour because there’s half as many questions.
& pharm went surprisingly well!

KHUSHBU CHAUDHARY yes, frozen fruits have the same vitamins as fresh fruits. As far as the difference in amount, I’m not sure.
