Your hit it hard challenges helped me lose 30kg for my wedding (now back in 2022 and it took 2 yrs of doing these challenges and running), but after my 2nd baby and turning 39 my right hip keeps getting injured so I am taking it slow for now with just 3x workouts a week until I feel that strength return to my hips but then I will 100% do this challenge after :D Loved, loved, loooooved the originals and I felt so strong and confident on my wedding day. I started with these challenges and I loved them.. still today every now and then I follow those old videos, they taught us a lot and from there we changed, becoming stronger and more confident every day! Omg anna i love you sm! I started following you last year and i changed myself sm over the past year, both mentally and physically and you're one of the biggest reason for everything that i achieved!! I lost abt 20kgs and i now work towards feeling pretty rather than feeling the need to get pretty. Sending sm love 💕
@sushmavalavala403 well most of my weight was from anti depressants and getting off the medication was probably one of the reasons I was able to loose so much weight in a short span of time. However I tried working out atleast 4-5 times a week and I had cut out junk food. Even if I craved for something I made it at home myself, and the next thing I cut was sugar, I substituted it with fruits or I found healthier alternatives for it. I still eat sugar if I'm feeling really low. Another thing that probably boosted my journey was running everyday. However our situations could be very different I gained 25 kgs due to medications and so lost it after getting off them. So I would suggest figuring things out for how your body wants to be treated. You got this!! And jst keep at it (consistency is the game changer), work towards feeling pretty about yourself and not jst fulfilling the need to be 'pretty' for the society.

I was searching for a workout because the last time I went on a diet was in 2021, and I lost a lot of weight back then. Today, I decided to make a comeback. I saw your video from one year ago and added it to my playlist called “Comeback.” Then, I suddenly found this video that was posted two weeks ago. How did you know I wanted to make a comeback? 😂 So now, I’ve added it to my playlist again.

I stopped running for a while xause i got bored of it and i was looking forward a goal for a month ti change my body loose some weight and bexome stronger and while i was looking for a wokrout consistency plan i could follow, you came ul with this amazing post... Its also a difficult session cause i am at the end of my semester so i much needed something keeping me in shape in this difficult period which is full of studying .. Thank you !!

And i'm scared that people who lift me won't be able to lift me anymore, and they will say i am too heavy and too fat😭 I also want to be stronger. I am trying to teach myself gymnastics and i am a dancer so i have to be skinny and strong. Your videos help me a lot Anna! It is amazing how i feel so much stronger, healthier and happier after finishing a workout even tough it is just abut 15 minutes or half an hour.
We can do it! I understand, I only use 3 lb weights because that's all we have. I love Anna's videos too, they help me feel stronger and overall better. I feel it would help keep me more motivated all throughout the challenge PS I am 13, have school and play volleyball and my dad coaches basketball so it's hard for me to find time. Can't wait for tomorrow! And I like it you will upload the workouts in the morning so I do not have to wait unlike for some other 'fitfluencer' challenges that upload at the middle of the day for me. Heavier weights check, yoga blocks check, resistance bands check... I also have ankle weights, maybe I include those too🙂 Do those videos all include a warm up and cooldown too?
