Are you going to try to germinate the seeds (they don't come "true", so the flavors will all be different)? Minimally self-fertile, so you need at least 2 trees with different genetics; fertility increases with increased number of trees. Paw paw is a tap-rooted species that needs to be planted in-ground as soon as possible. It can take seedlings up to 7 years to begin producing viable flowers and mature fruit. In the wild, the trees clone themselves by suckers.
Reminds me of Jack fruit flavor but texture like Durian.

Thank you for your very informative input! I already have 10 very young pawpaw in my garden, all are grafted different named varieties.
