Everytime I take my eyes off teachings and only worship the disruptions and daily struggles hit hard. Then when i return teachings and worship I get peace through the disruptions. So thankful for such platforms and transparency.

The Good News: When God (and life) try to teach you lessons, take heed. Making the same mistakes over and over again will not lead to healing. Trust that God will guide you where you need to go and give you the boost that you need - so long as you listen.
Please pray for me and my daughter to get along better. We have a very rocky relationship. I admit I am not the greatest mother. I yelled a lot when she was a toddler I wasn't very patient. I do attribute some of it to my illness, which she now suffers from and the smallest thing I say sets her off. I asked what was wrong this morning and she wouldn't even answer me. I love her,but there are times when I really don't like her. She is 16 and mad about everything. I pray for her everyday. I try to be patient, but when I tell her to do something like a chore she gets an attitude. I am not a young parent. She has told me before that she wishes a friend of ours was her mom. It hurt ,but she doesn't know that if you did live with her and you gave her the same attitude you give me,she would lose her patience with you as well. I am going to go back to counseling. She went once for herself, but she was diagnosed with lupus like me and we stopped. I try to be patient with her,but she'll bring up what happened when she was younger. Satan has really been attacking me through her and other things. I am so tired. I keep wondering when is this going to end. Thank you to whoever reads this. Please pray. AMEN.

I clicked on this because I have a 16 year old that I love but I have the attitude that “I just want to make sure he graduates high school and than distance myself from him”. I don’t like who he is right now. His attitude stinks. I cannot stand that I feel this way towards him, especially because we use to be close.

From a man who is going through a rough time with an 18 year old---no job, no gumption, no inspiration. --------Worried to the point-------almost up to and include anger and/or physical action, DO NOT WANT TO DO THAT--- But am reaching a threshold. LAZINESS AND DISRESPECT is hard to deal with, What to do, he still has to eat, bathe, wash clothes(I do). AT WITS END , HELP!?!?!?!? Mrs. Joyce what did you do about your daughter who was really messy? I have 3 who are like that, however they are old enough to clean up after themselves.
I discovered that the lord does not want women cutting their hair, or wearing jewelry of any kind, or panting their face nails in any way, or high heels, camouflage clothes, men clothes, tight clothing, clothes that are sensual . These things are tools of the devil to destroy women and can cause a soul to be destroyed.
