Sailing with and beside Steve Early in his Pathfinder on Milford Haven at Gwynn's Island, Virginia. Both of us in self-built wooden boats. The Pathfinder was designed by John Welsford. The Melonseed evolved as a traditional 19th century duck hunting skiff of the Mid-Atlantic.
