A detail that I didn’t know about until a lot later is that the 4 ghosts designs were based on the ones they had for the PAC-man party game for Wii. Look it up; I’m sure they’re the same designs.
I honestly prefer the designs for Inky, Blink, Pinky and Clyde in this series and wish they'd returned for the Pac-Man World remake, as they're more distinct from each other and emphasise their personalities better. I also really like the voice actors they were given.
They're nice, but I prefer their prototypes from Pac-Man Party. Heck, my favorite Pac-Man design is from that game and the cancelled Pac-Man World 2010 game.
Same. As much as I like their classic looks, I like the Ghosts Ghostly Adventures look even more. And I enjoyed Cylindria and Spiral-as one dimensional as they were. It’s kinda a shame that Bandai Namco didn’t incorporate them into the classic Pac-Man games.

The visuals of the show are something else. My favorite part of Pac-Man’s character design in this show is his shoes. I always imagined Sonic the Hedgehog having Pac-Man’s shoes for the longest time ngl.
They should've finished the series with no cliffhanger, but I think it's really cool that Pac-Man is friends with the four ghosts he fights with in the game, and Pinky in this show, she's adorable X3
I remember watching this show. I was actually greatly interested. I'm not exactly sure what drew me to it but I enjoyed it and I think that's really all that matters whenever you watch a show. There are some gripes I have and some negative aspects but I think it did a pretty good job. Unfortunately I feel like a season 3 was needed since it needed to answer a bunch of questions that were brought up during the shows run time. All in all I give this show a solid 7.5 out of 10

Me and an old friend used to love this show back in middle school, I've got no idea why we loved it but we did. The series although bad will always hold a special place in my heart. Interestingly the Netherworld and Betrayus ended up inspiring my own character and story, I'll work on eventually. I'm so happy you talked about this show, keep up the great work.
It's to see that people are starting to give more attention to the relatively overlooked shows that aired on Disney XD. I loved how this series took a game with a relatively simple idea (Pac-Man set in a futuristic urban setting) and elevated it to something that was truly unique. I adored the aesthetics and background history present in this show, and it's a real shame that we never got a definitive conclusion. Also, can we all agree that the Power Berries were one of the best things about this show? They looked so tasty!

I unironically love this show. Huge comfort cartoon for me. Although the tone of the show is insane. One second they're like trauma, war, genocide, and then the next second they're like haha fart joke. What a ride.
i personally think it's a good show. is it perfect? no. is it great? ... no~? but is it good? yes. it has a likable set of both heroes and villains, the power ups are pretty cool, even if some are one-offs for a gag but the gag can work some times, and i like how they change up Pac-Man from grown Pac with family with kid Pac who is looking for he's family. though, i think the cool abilities was my selling point as well as the Halloween episodes/special. can't help it: you make a fun or entertaining Halloween episode/special and it's a good show at best.

This show was always a good time for me and I really wish it would come back. I thought everything from the story, to the settings, to the heroes and villains was awesome, Especially Lord Batrayus. Everything about him was perfect for being the main villain, from his entertaining personality, his villainous design, to his voice that always sounded like Double D from Ed, Edd, n' Eddy doing an Invader Zim impression. I really wished that they would've kept him around for the game series.
To this day, I've been itching for a new episode! I know they may never continue this show, but the worldbuilding was huge and the lore regarding the Pac World War went hard! I would give anything to finally see Pac and his friends just drop in on the planet of the Pointy Head species and completely obliterate their army while searching for Pac's parents and possibly the rest of the surviving Yellow Ones, as the episode that last aired had implied! Actually, it would be interesting if this Pac was a descendant of the original Pacman, and is named after him, along with everything else. Maybe the 1st Pac World War was when Pacman became the hero, and now the records were changed by Betrayus to try to get the Pac Worlders to forget about Pacman.

I never knew that they had toys for him or maybe I did but the comercial a didn’t grasp my attention too well. I also like this little idea from the show that the ghost were so kind and trustworthy enough to find their own bodies back. And I also liked how Pam-man was on a mission to find his long lost parents. Such a good series to go back to if you asked me.

As a Voice Actor Fan, this Show did something Cool. Ocean/Canada did the Voices for the Show, but L.A/Bang-Zoom did one or both of the Video Games. I Love Both Groups mostly thanks to Anime & Video Games, so it was really cool hearing & comparing the character's different Voices.
Everytime I think of this cartoon I just remember the one time back in my highschool days, it was pretty dark out, in my mom's clinic watching the tv behind the receptionist desk. Then when we were heading out, I left it in this channel. So now the people in the waiting area, who were all adults and elderly was subjected to this show. I cringe a bit whenever i think about it. And I will never forget this theme song for as long as I live whether I like it or not
My most vivid memory of this show is me having a migraine while watching it, and having to rewatch the entire show thrice over because i physicaly could not move from the amount of pain i was in
I still watch it sometimes. It's on nearly every streaming service out there and two video games were made tied with the show itself, though the voice cast is slightly different.
I'll die on this hill though: the tie-in game on Wii U? Mid but the Sequel to it? Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures 2? Damn that's a surprisingly solid 3D Platformer, it legit felt like a classic Pac-Man 3D Platformer I'd recommend that game easily!
I was 14 when I discovered this show on TV. The fact there was something I liked actually on mainstream media TV really got me interested in the show. I love the show and helped bring a story to the PacMan franchise. It's also the first time I heard a voice for PacMan. Therefore when I see PacMan (specifically the Ghostly Adventures variant), I hear this voice.

Did you know that Pac-Man used to be "Puck-Man"? You'd think that it was because he looked like a hockey puck, but "Pakupaku" means to flap one's mouth open and closed. They were afraid that people would vandalize it; scratch out the "p" and turn it into a "Fringe, please review Big Fat Liar".
Idk why people hate this show so much I understand that it’s very different from normal pac man but it was basically what sonic boom was to the sonic series and I loved both of them.
This show was actually where I started to discover Pac-Man beyond a single arcade game that was sometimes in restaurants. As a kid I absolutely loved it and as I got older I thought it was pretty good. Not fantastic, but a lot better than I’ve seen it given credit (if its remembered at all) and I’ve seen worse treated better. I did also love that the show went deep into the lore and tried to add a lot of depth and background to pacman (a generally simple premise). I also felt it did a good job characterizing the characters and trying to build a plot with stakes. It wasn’t perfect, but I did want to see its conclusion and would have liked to see future iterations of Pac-Man similarly tackling having a plot, writing, and story. It ultimately felt like a less refined version of Scooby Doo Mystery Incorporated. Where it kinda tried, but kinda went to first base instead of hitting a home run. I also think it was just fun as a kids show with western comics superhero story formatting. Edit: Can we seriously talk about how much genocide was in kids show/kids media in the 2000s and 2010s cartoons era? ATLA, Gargoyles (to an extent), Yin Yang Yo (arguably), and so on.

I loved this show as a kid!! The theme song was catchy and I honestly miss it. SPOILER ALERT But a weird memory of mine was this one episode where Pac-man’s (?) dad died and I remember BAWLING. I think he was going back in time or something?? I don’t know really, but I just remember crying and I couldn’t watch the show for awhile (I was around 8-9)

I remember dressing up as a ghost for Halloween because of this show and Luigi's mansion. I loved ghosts a lot lol.

Everytime I think of this cartoon I just remember the one time back in my highschool days, it was pretty dark out, in my mom's clinic watching the tv behind the receptionist desk. Then when we were heading out, I left it in this channel. So now the people in the waiting area, who were all adults and elderly was subjected to this show. I cringe a bit whenever i think about it.
And I will never forget this theme song for as long as I live whether I like it or not
I LOVED THIS SHOW!! I was so extremely obsessed with it and I got so excited whenever it aired.
My most vivid memory of this show is me having a migraine while watching it, and having to rewatch the entire show thrice over because i physicaly could not move from the amount of pain i was in
I still watch it sometimes. It's on nearly every streaming service out there and two video games were made tied with the show itself, though the voice cast is slightly different.

I was 14 when I discovered this show on TV. The fact there was something I liked actually on mainstream media TV really got me interested in the show. I love the show and helped bring a story to the PacMan franchise. It's also the first time I heard a voice for PacMan. Therefore when I see PacMan (specifically the Ghostly Adventures variant), I hear this voice.

Did you know that Pac-Man used to be "Puck-Man"? You'd think that it was because he looked like a hockey puck, but "Pakupaku" means to flap one's mouth open and closed. They were afraid that people would vandalize it; scratch out the "p" and turn it into a "Fringe, please review Big Fat Liar".

Idk why people hate this show so much I understand that it’s very different from normal pac man but it was basically what sonic boom was to the sonic series and I loved both of them.
This show was actually where I started to discover Pac-Man beyond a single arcade game that was sometimes in restaurants. As a kid I absolutely loved it and as I got older I thought it was pretty good. Not fantastic, but a lot better than I’ve seen it given credit (if its remembered at all) and I’ve seen worse treated better.
I did also love that the show went deep into the lore and tried to add a lot of depth and background to pacman (a generally simple premise). I also felt it did a good job characterizing the characters and trying to build a plot with stakes. It wasn’t perfect, but I did want to see its conclusion and would have liked to see future iterations of Pac-Man similarly tackling having a plot, writing, and story. It ultimately felt like a less refined version of Scooby Doo Mystery Incorporated. Where it kinda tried, but kinda went to first base instead of hitting a home run. I also think it was just fun as a kids show with western comics superhero story formatting.
Edit: Can we seriously talk about how much genocide was in kids show/kids media in the 2000s and 2010s cartoons era? ATLA, Gargoyles (to an extent), Yin Yang Yo (arguably), and so on.

But a weird memory of mine was this one episode where Pac-man’s (?) dad died and I remember BAWLING. I think he was going back in time or something?? I don’t know really, but I just remember crying and I couldn’t watch the show for awhile (I was around 8-9)
I never suspected that a video game about eating dots was enough of a story to make a cartoon about it.
