- Pac-Man is one of those franchises you wouldn't really expect to have a deep or complicated lore. And to be fair, there isn't much...
...but on the other hand, there's still enough there to piece together a proper timeline for the events in the Pac-Man series.
So let's figure it out!

from what i remember in the context of the pac-man world ending scene, pac-man was going to reply to orson's "Nobody loves a ghost..." along the lines of "I do, especially the way they taste!" but they didn't have a voice for pac-man yet, so it looks like pac-man is just a sociopath

I’m a big fan of how at the end of Adventures in Time, Pac-Man doesn’t even hesitate to murder the main villain with a laser that disintegrates him.
Nice to see someone make a video about Pac-Man lore at long last. A while back I actually made my own timeline, though it has quite a few differences from yours.

I viewed Roll as being before Party because in Roll, Pac-Man doesn't seem to recognize the Ghost Gang. While he doesn't recognize them in Party either, he never really got to know them in Roll, with Golvis being the big threat. Party was the start of Pac-Man and the Ghost Gang's everlasting rivalry. Also, Pac-Man has been implied to have a job aside from protecting Pac-Land, but we never know what that is. In Party, he has to deliver a cookie recipe to Mr. Cookie of the Pac-Dot Cookie Company. Why did Mr. Cookie want Pac-Man specifically to do this? Simple: It's his job. While Roll Pac-Man was a kid being trained during his summer break away from school, Party Pac-Man is a teenager, just like he is in Ghostly Adventures, trying to do well on his first job.
Jr. Pac-Man doesn't feature Pac-Baby at all, so I assume it's before she was born. Pac-Land also features a Pac-Baby but no Pac-Jr., who I believe actually IS Jr.
I view the two other Ms. Pac-Man games as being set after World, showcasing a bit of a character arc. After being captured and helpless in World, Ms. Pac-Man wanted to prove herself to be a hero like her husband, and so she volunteered to track down the Gems of Virtue and rescue the missing princess. This lead her to enjoy being in the action, to the point of going on her own adventure just for fun in Golden Maze, and even joining on Pac-Man's adventures like in Arrangement '05 (she's playable in the 2-player mode.) Pac-Pix would also take place at the same time as Golden Maze.
Some other observations I've made about the Pac-Man universe:
- It is set on Earth, complete with locations from the real world. This is evidenced by Adventures in Time, where Pac-Man literally travels to ancient Egypt (literally called that in-game)
- Pac-Man is a shared universe with various other Namco games. The most notable is Dig Dug, with Pookas being a recurring species. This would also imply that the Mr. Driller series is in the same universe, which further supports the planet being Earth, as Mr. Driller has been shown to travel to various real-world countries. Mappy and Libble Rabble are also canon, evidenced by the promotional artwork for Pac-Land.
- The ghosts don't seem to be actual spirits of the dead. There does seem to be various hints that they're actually aliens. They've been shown to pilot UFOs and have space travel, during Pac-Man World 3's production the Spectral Realm was called the Ghost Planet, and the Queen of Monsters is a character seen on a mural in Pac-Attack, who appears to be a massive space entity. There's a relation to the ghosts since at this point ghosts were called monsters.
- Professor Pac is actually Pac-Master, as implied by Pac 'n Roll's Japanese website. This would make Professor Pac Ms. Pac-Man's father, as well as Pac-Man's father-in-law.
- While Pac-Man "dies" when caught by a ghost, it doesn't seem he is actually killed. Pac-Man 2 seems to imply that in any game when they catch Pac-Man, they just scare him until he faints.
- Pac-Man moves to Pac-Village in World 2 because his house got destroyed in World 1. I also don't believe Pac-Man traveled the ENTIRETY of Pac-Land in World 2, leaving plenty of areas unvisited like the Four Wonders of Pac-Land from Maze Madness, and Pac-City from Pac-Man 2.
I will say, the inclusion of Pac-Man Tilt and Pac-Motos is odd, given they have no story and are pretty much just minigames in larger collections, not really full games themselves. And if you're including them, then what about some of the other Pac-Man spinoffs? Where's Pac-Man World Rally? Or Pac-Man Pinball Advance? Or Pac-Attack?

Me too, in my head canon of this series, I kept her along with the rest of the Bally/Midway characters (I. E. Jr. pac man)
I also added characters such as Carmen Sandiego in my head canon too.

I wonder if original pac-man can be shifted a bit because it contained the glitch. Or more accurately ios game references the fact the original pac-man would glitch out once you beat certain amount of stages because of technological limitations.

If I were to help a bit of the timeline, I think I could lend a few pointers.
First of all, Pac-Man Fever, the game that is similar to that of Mario Party, would be canon somehow. While I haven't played the game, I've seen gameplay of the game here on TH-cam. After seeing the opening and ending cutscenes of the game, I have found a way to make it canon to the Pac-Man Lore.
The Game opens up with what appears to be Hollywood, but it actually turns out that in the background...instead of saying "Hollywood" in the big white letters on the hill, they instead spell out "Namco", as if to say Namco is their version of Hollywood. which means that some of their games are actually movies within their universe. Where I'm going with this is actually going to be summed up by saying that it's set after Pac-Man World: and Pac-Man: Adventures in Time.
Both Pac-Man World (NOT Re-Pac) and Pac-Man: Adventures in Time both include outtakes. The Pac-Man World outtakes shows a hand in front of a camera holding a clapperboard and filming the scenes like a big Hollywood movie. The same thing happens for the outtakes of Pac-Man: Adventures in Time, but instead of a hand holding the clapperboard, it was Ms. Pac-Man holding the board.
This would mean that the events of Pac-Man World, and Pac-Man: Adventures in Time were all fabricated, as they're actually movies within the games' canon, and the levels and bosses we saw in the game were sets and costumed actors. Both games were filmed in "Namco", which is what the Outtakes were showing.
So with Pac-Man Fever, they were about to film their next movie, and so were all of the other "Non-Pac-Man but Namco Owned" characters, but the ghosts interfered and stolen the Mini Games Trophy. Pac-Man, Ms. Pac-Man, and the Namco-Owned characters all have to participate in minigames, and even before the Minigame is selected and is about to start, you can see that there are lights above the locations of where the Minigames supposedly are. They...are sets.
Another thing is...Pac-Man Vs.
Pac-Man Vs. seems like something that wouldn't tie-into Pac-Man lore that much. But I found out something that might tie it into the Pac-Man lore. Pac-Man Vs. shows us that the Pac-Man franchise has a Mario in it, as we hear Charles Martinet, the voice of Mario from the Super Mario Bros. franchise, doing his Mario voice to call out the title of the game just before the game starts.
This kind-of got me intrigued, as it would've been the first time that Mario would've been included in the Pac-Man Universe, and also would be one of the times Mario crossed-over with a game outside of his franchise, before Sonic the Hedgehog. (More on the Blue Blur later). But for Mario in the Pac-Man Universe, I had to dig a little deeper (cue Princess and the Frog song) and while I was searching...I had forgotten that there was a Pac-Man/Mario Kart Crossover game. Which brings me into...
-Mario Kart Arcade Grand Prix, and Mario Kart Arcade Grand Prix 2.
Both these games are spin-offs of the Mario Kart franchise, but they both do feature Pac-Man as a playable character. I think that the voice of Mario in Pac-Man Vs. combined with the appearance of Pac-Man in Mario Kart Arcade GP 1 and 2, must have some sort of connection within the games.
-Pac-Man World Rally
That game I'd like to talk about really, because I think it also kind-of continues my previous comment.
Pac-Man World Rally may not look like it ties into the Pac-Man World games, despite having "Pac-Man World" in it's title. the game included characters like Erwin, Spooky, and even Toc-Man (albiet a different design than PMW1) and some other characters like a new character named "Pac-Devil" and other Namco-owned characters such as Mr. Driller (the Son of DigDug), and Mappy Mouse.
However, as previously talked about in my other comment, Pac-Man Fever also had Non-Pac-Man Characters, like the ones from Tekken and so on...and I deduced that Pac-Man Fever was taking place in the Movie Studio where Pac-Man World and Pac-Man: Adventures in Time were filmed.
Mr. Driller would be the only one who would make sense to be actually canon to the Pac-Man Lore, as Mr. Driller is the son of DigDug, and we see the Pookas from DigDug in many Pac-Man Games, including the Pac-Man World games, therefore DigDug would also exist in the Pac-Man Franchise.
However, Due to the design of Toc-Man and the rest of the characters being entirely different, including Pooka, and the fact that it includes "Pac-Devil" who is a character we've never seen in ANY of the Pac-Man Games, this wouldn't be canon. But what will blow your mind is that, there's a reason as to why this is inconsistent.
In the map "Retro Maze", it begins with Pac-Man and Ms. Pac-Man playing a Pac-Man game, which the camera pans into the game they're playing, revealing the map we're playing in as the Retro Maze. Meaning that "Pac-Man World Rally" is a game within a game, and that the REAL Pac-Man is the giant Pac-Man we see outside of the Map, while we're playing the game through *HIS* perspective.
Pac-Man has been shown to play his own games before, as there actually exists an arcade in Pac-Man World 2 where you can have Pac-Man play the original Pac-Man games. Pac-Man World 2 has it's own version of the "Original Pac-Man" game that has Pac-Man's avatar looking like his "world" counterpart.
The rights thing is far more funny and petty, they do in fact own her but the thing is back when Midway were the ones that were selling the old arcade games, before Namco had an American branch, Midway cut a deal with people to edit the board and make a new game, so they made a few, but the thing is Namco was like you do not have the rights to do that, we only gave you the rights to make the games, not edit them or make new games. But the people that edited the board were like well they lied, we though it was a Midway game, they said you gave them rights, Namco kind of bought up all the rights to the characters like Ms. Pac-Man, but the people that made the board were owed money when she was used. The thing is the contract stated if she was used in a coin opt arcade game, that wording let them use her later on, as long as the game did not take coins, and the whole thing was oh the contract says coin opt, so if it's not a coin game you guys get no money, the contract also had some weird wording about data. What happened later was after the merger, Bandi Namco never payed for the creator rights back, and the people that owned them had sold them off to AtGames, the rights are not ownership, they are simply the owed money for creating Ms. Pac-Man. As the ownership rights of the owed money changed hands, Bandi Namco are being petty and do not want to pay them, if she is used. It's like how a person might get a deal to get a cut of the profit for something they worked on, that is owned in part by another company. So to avoid paying out the old creator contract agreement, they no longer use her. They own her fully other than the basic creator rights, so whoever owns the creator rights is owed money on things she is in, meaning if she is never used then the other side gets nothing.

And fansnaitced me and as of recently and in a Metaphorical terms its been scratching a particular spot in my brain for the longest time even now during the course of this year

I can't help but feel as though most of this could be considered as cannon obviously though this is just peer speculation but one can't help but think about if these events that happen and take place in the game's themselves acutally happened in chronological order as shown in this video but that's just a theory A Pac-Man theory
