Watching Adam 12 last night.The episode where they had to deal with a 18 year old runaway who almost fell into the clutches of a no good.Watched Martin's face closely.Filled with authority,compassion and concern as he told this girl she was not the first to fall for a phoney.His father instincts just jumped in.His children were very blessed to have him for a father
mom's was pouting because she had finished adam12 so started it all over again , had no idea he made his debut in life with father , he was a freaking hottie cutie love his smirk 🥰I was surprised to see him in the movie compulsion with my fave Dean stockwell.

Out of curiosity, I looked up both actors, and both got married in their 20s and the marriage lasted their whole life, and each had several children. Very happy to read that! RIP Martin.

Were any of the pictures from "Route 66"? The music was written by Bobby Troup ("Emergency"). No pictures of him in a US Cavalry uniform. The bugler in "The Last Comanche". Barbara Hale and Broderick Crawford were in it. I have suspected, for years, that he started the singing of "Die Panzerlied" in "The Battle of the Bulge".
leon dillon,all the black and white photos were from the television show,Route 66,and all the color ones were from Adam-12. Nelson Riddle wrote the theme music to the tv show Route 66.Bobby Troup wrote the song called,(Get Your Kicks on) Route 66,a whole different song.(Please Google it if you don't believe me).And no,I didn't include any other of the films he was in.
After a bad experience with the Police in the 90s I watched Adam 12 to help get over my fear of the PD. There was a warrant of John Doe alias my name in three counties, the Cop didn't check for warrants or if I was in the state. I was on my honeymoon when the crime was committed.
Marty was just so different than many leading men on TV. He was a strawberry blond with freckles and yes, those incredible eyes! What a man. :)
