- Join us in our gentle yoga flow to practice relaxation and stress management techniques. All of these gentle moves can be done on a mat or seated in a chair!
No equipment other than yourself! We recommend having water nearby, and if you do not have a yoga mat, a towel, blanket, or nothing would all be fine.
