Happy late birthday, Boom! You've all been asking why Nicole ended up with Richard, this is why. I really love "The Choices". It's such a sweet backstory and the montage at the end is so heartwarming. I especially love how no matter what, Nicole wouldn't have changed a thing.
Say what you all want about Richard, if nothing else, he is a loving guy to his family. Yeah he's dumb, but in a way that's tolerable and cute, and he's good for comfort, which was the kind of person Nicole needed in her life with the insane expectations her parents had for her.
The entire appeal of Richard to Nicole was how down to earth he was. She’s so wound up and up tight that Richard can bring her back down and get her to loosen up. He’s her emotional support
The Nicole backstory episode is the only episode of this show that's made me cry. It's so sweet and shows how much she loves her family despite everything they do 😭And she stood up to her parents because of Richard
The Choices is definitely the best Gumball episode of the entire series. I love how well established Nicole and Richard's relationship blossomed over the years.
When you see Nicole's parents and realize they kicked her out of the house and didn't even show up at her wedding. Her relationship with her family makes a lot more sense
I mean, she didn't get kicked out from what I can see, she left on her own (not that I can blame her) It's Richard who looked kicked out (looks literal too)
But a later episode revealed that Nicole's parents were invited to the wedding, but thought RSVP was an Eastern European town and not the French initials meaning to please respond to the invitation.
"The Scam" is probably my favorite Gumball Halloween episode. Love "The Ghostbusters" vibe and Carrie and Darwin's relationship being more expanded (going forward, it's actually very sweet)
23:27-23:31 Sarah throws the guitar at the camera and Gumball vomited acid in Tobias' face. To be honest, he actually deserves it for taking over Gumball's whole life 🎸🎸🎸📷📷📷🤣🤣🤣
Everyone in the Watterosm family might be psychotic, but in the end they all love each other. This might be one of the most realistic episodes of gumball, it shows that even though life can be crazy and sometimes it’s hard to carry on but you realize how lucky you are to have a loving family
You know I played the song “the choices” in my piano recital a few years ago, my teacher loved it. I still have the video of me playing the song, it helps keep me motivated.
Potential spoiler below regarding Nicole's parents (wanna be safe for the people who haven't seen it) This won't be the last time you see them and even though I never truly liked them, the more backstory you get from them honestly makes Nicole's childhood/young adult life relatable for most people
The "What If" Nicole episode, has to be my 2nd favorite episode in Gumball. The first being the Anime Fight. I've seen numerous shows try that "What If" idea, and very few ever does it right.
When I first Saw Darwin revert back to a fish in The Rerun, it broke my heart... Like seriously for a Cartoon they went hard on that, also I kind of wish I had that remote because it seems like a really powerful tool.
The scary thing is...in the real world, there are parents who ACTUALLY behave like Nicole's, parents who punish their children over small and stupid things (such as getting an A-)
@@JacobNelson-xs4sp The question is...why is an A- a grade "worthy of punishment"? I got trips to Blockbuster Video on Fridays, if I got a B+ on any assignments or tests when I was younger
I had a friend who got her phone taken away for anything lower than a A, no tvs in the house, forced piano lessons, and forced into vegetarian practices.
Darwin: "Dude, Larry's coming!" Gumball: "Nah, it's fine. The beauty of trolling is that you're anonymous." So how many people have taken this heart since the Internet was created?
I'd just like to say that I've been on a binge watch for the past three days of your guys' gumball videos and I haven't laughed so much in such a long time 😂❤❤
Here's my opinion on the episodes: The Choices - Probably the most wholesome episode of the series. It's so well made and even sends a good message for people to remember why they married their spouse... if there was a reason The Code - I enjoy this episode. Mainly the part where Gumball and Darwin are "inside" the computer. That's a really good scene. We're starting to get into the Season 5 groove and I'm here for it. The Scam - Could've sworn this was a Season 4 episode... oh well. It's a fun Halloween episode, which was probably why it's in two different seasons, since they probably wanted to put this with Halloween. Doesn't matter. Nothing beats the OG Halloween episode. The Test - Really like this sitcom parody. It's really funny and it's kind of satisfying to see Gumball melt Tobias's face off after all the annoying garbage he's done over the seasons, especially to Gumball in this episode.
The Scam is a season four episode, but most places have it down as season five because it aired as a Halloween episode during the fifth season in America. This show is from the UK, so they released it early.
Happy 4-5 month belated Birthday Explosion. My wishes have been sent to the past to deliver to you on your exact day so that's why you had a good day. Anything that was bad, wasn't me.
Carrie doing the shuffle with Gumball and Darwin cemented her as one of my favorite characters in the show. If Leslie's one of the girls, she's pretty much one of the guys.
Happy late birthday Boom! The episode "The Choices" always teara me up. It shows th Nicole's parents and how Richard and her met, but that last sentence of Nicole that he wouod not change a thing ❤ Bu the way, it is the first cartoon I watch where the parents marry after knowing they are going to be parents, like many other parents who married for it
Happy Birthday BOOM! That Nicole episode was the sweetest thing 💙 Funny how Gumball is dubbed the "Loser" oof a show when he really is more of the "Maniac."
Happy birthday Boom! Whatever day it happens to be. This team is so entertaining. I've been watching for a long time now and starting to yell "Gumball Billy!" every time you do. I love the vibes.
Happy birthday boom! My birthday is actually on the 12th of April so it’s cool to know one of my new favorite TH-camrs have a birthday near mine. Another great reaction!
I know I’ll get flak for this but, I HATE Nicole’s parents. Perfectionists that care more about their daughter’s accomplishments than her well-being. Spoilers but they HATE Richard. They’ve tried getting rid of him multiple times. I know there’s a later episode with a touching moment, but in my opinion, they don’t deserve it. I do like how the dad is a reference to Grumpy Cat though. The Code is just what boomers think later generations act like. The Scam has the little song by Idaho in the beginning, and it’s amazing. The Loser solidifies Sarah as one of my favorite characters. She’s completely unhinged in all the best ways. Also happy birthday Boom.
happy birthday boom, and your birthday is... today. cause somewhere, even out in space, your birthday has to be somewhere. like drinking, its always 5 somehwere! *chugs a beer*
I’m watching amazing world of gumball again I grew up on it since my mom loved the show so she put me onto it when I was younger and she passed away last year and just watching season 6 for the first time they really ran out of ideas and turned the show into a kiddie version of family guy some of the episodes remind me of the way the writing is in family guy and the South Park episode they made insulting family guy on how they used seals or whatever to decide the plot and the theme of the episode

I love how it showed Nicole getting pregnant BEFORE they got married. It's not something cartoons usually have the guts to even imply.
It's my favorite episode period.
@@thusnameddigital9397 yup, happened with me. My parents were dating at the time and then at me by surprise, I ended up being at their wedding 😂
Happy birthday
I’m not sure whether “The Choices” or the “Origins” two-parter is more heartwarming
Say what you all want about Richard, if nothing else, he is a loving guy to his family. Yeah he's dumb, but in a way that's tolerable and cute, and he's good for comfort, which was the kind of person Nicole needed in her life with the insane expectations her parents had for her.
Honestly he reminds me of classic Homer in the best way
The entire appeal of Richard to Nicole was how down to earth he was. She’s so wound up and up tight that Richard can bring her back down and get her to loosen up. He’s her emotional support
Sup again
I blame you for the direction my mind went after reading your comment and remembering a common nickname for Richard. He's her "emotional support..."

it was so subtle but we found out why Richard says 'Anias' instead of 'Anais'!
