I just stumbled upon your channel and love it...always going to bkk but in July I also started to do stuff which is different from a tourist ..I stayed in a condo for a week and do stuff as much as locals do and I enjoyed it so much ...❤...stay good stay happy ...stay healthy ...

Hmmm, your tone and accent are pretty good in Thai. Seems better than 99% of the other beginning Thai speakers. It seems you have the natural talent. Good for you. It's probably better you didn't make it to New York City. Crime is bad and they don't really seem to crack down on it, they just catch and release the thugs promptly, no repercussions on them. You will have to always be on guard and maintain situational awareness because of constant threat of being attacked by a random thug. In fact, did you hear about the recent story where a famous New Zealand couple, the McKays were robbed in Newport Beach, CA. Well, the wife was killed, run over by the robbers. And one of the perpetrators had committed previous crimes, but was still let out on the street by seemingly weak on crime judge (yeah, give criminals slaps on the wrist) If they had properly been sent to prison in the first place, this crime wouldn't have happened. You mostly don't have to deal with that sort of thing in Thailand. And there are racial tensions in USA, I feel, honestly. I've delt with it my entire life, And it's still going on, yeah there I said it, the quiet part out loud that no one seems to wanna admit or address, bit it's true. I feel there is a lot of racism against asians in USA, sometimes you don't feel welcome by other racial groups, that's from my first hand experience dealing with it. Honestly, I will feel better and more at home when I get to retire back to Thailand, I've been back a few times, and feel that life is better there in Thailand and the people are warm and friendlier and there is more a sense of community there. It just seems to me in America, everyone seems to resent each other and there is a constant whiff of negativity in everyone's personality. It's rather tiresome having to put up with it. Looking forward to going back to Thailand.
I'm also a mixture of Thai, Chinese, Cambodian and (Shan) Myanmar from my mother side of family heritage.😊 You look just like my cousin.
